"You seem to get along with Wes good."
He nods his words, "Yeah, there’s a reason they asked me to join the team."
"Why?"
"Wes is leaving, he wants me to take his position."
"Really, that’s great Jax."
"Yeah, it is." His hand slides up my side, feeling the heat radiate from his touch, the smell of his spicy cologne warming my insides.
My hand slides from the nape of his neck to his jaw as I stare up into those green eyes, and I feel like I could melt to the floor.
"What do you say we take this home and you give me a show?" He whispers with that smile that pulls at my heart and I whisper my words, "I say, that’s a great idea, I’ll make it extra special too."
Dark Desires
Macie
Getting home from dinner, I sit in the living room, on my silks like a swing, waiting for Jax to get in here. I already turned some music on, I hate the silence anyways.
Sully isn’t with us, he went and explored with the guys, thinking about it, this is really the first time Jax, and I have been alone, in a house; What kind of trouble could we possibly get into.
A lot.
It was nice at dinner, to have the feeling of being wanted, loved, as who I am. I don’t have to act like someone my mother will approve of, I am me, like it, or don’t and Jax carries that same presence about him. He doesn’t care if you like him, and he can be sunshine, and grumpy all at the same time.
I guess that is part of being Captain, having to deal with situations no matter.
My eyes drag up from the floor hearing Jax walking towards me as a small, smile curls when my eyes meet his as he steps in front of me, handing me a glass of whiskey, taking the glass before he sits on the couch in front of me.
"Did you enjoy dinner?"
I nod with my words, "Yeah, the guys aren’t as rowdy as the guys at home."
He chuckles, knowing I’m right, "No, they aren’t."
"You’ll change that, Captain."
He tilts his head to the side with his lifted brow before he takes a drink from the glass of whiskey in his hand.
I stand from my silks making my way to him, setting my glass down, before I lean down and untie his tie, sliding it from around his neck, before I unbutton the collar of his shirt, holding my gaze on him, feeling the heat from his breaths with the closeness of our faces.
"You know, we’re home alone." I tease in a whisper.
His growl hums deep in his throat before I lean back.
I slide his tie between my hands, "We might need this later."
His brow cocks before his hand pulls his tie from my hands, "I’ll be keeping this, then."
I bring my foot up and press my heel into his chest before I lean down and untie the leather strap from my ankle as I whisper, holding my gaze on him, "I’m not scared of a little fabric sliding across my skin."
He reaches up, gripping my chin in his hand as he leans forward, his lips hover over mine, "You might be."
I dart my tongue out and lick his lips, before I whisper, "Try me."
His grip tightens on my chin, and I smile, feeling the heat ignite between the two of us, before I dig my heel into his chest, pushing him back.
