We walk side by side down the hall lit with pretty yellow lights along the floor and up above. His boots clack on the ground slightly.
“It’s a ten minute walk.”
“Do you run the beach?”
He gives me a simple nod.
The air between us feels tense and I hate it. I want to fix things but I’m not sure how… until we enter the elevator and I press the button to close the door but don’t select a floor.
I drop to my knees and unzip his pants.
He’s done it for me, now it’s my turn to get a taste of him.
His eyebrows raise in question but he doesn’t stop me. I’m quick to unzip his pants and flip down the front of his boxer briefs.
I take a firm hold of his dick and wrap my tongue around his head.
His hands grip the railing and he shifts his hips.
I suck the tip of his head and swallow what I can without tearing down his clothes.
The elevator dings and he leans forward and selects the lobby.
“Thank you,” he says, pulling me to my feet.
Quickly he zips his pants and haphazardly puts his belt on.
I expect him to push me to the side a little or tell me he’s good.
Instead, he wraps his arm around my waist and kisses me gingerly.
“You’re too good to me,” he whispers against my lips.
I’m inclined to argue. However the doors open and someone steps inside.
“Hey, Sal,” a man’s voice says.
“Hi, Phil.”
Sal’s firm chest tightens under my hands that are pressed against him. Now I’m really expecting him to push me away. Instead, he kisses my lips again, not seeming to mind about the older gentleman next to us. The man gives me a friendly smile.
Spinning around, we both exit the elevator and go back to his car.
“Your neighbor seems cool,” I admit as we ride back to my place.
Sal nods. “I wasn’t sure but I got my confirmation today. At least I hope that’s the case.”
So it goes.
“Do something that scares you every day, is that the saying?”
Sal chuckles and I love how great it sounds.
