She arched an eyebrow at me. “I’d say the same to you.”

I dove back into the kiss, reaching behind her to cup her firm ass. Her lips parted and she gave me her tongue, a soft moan escaping at the same time. One of her legs lifted up, the knee sliding along the edge of my thigh.

“Get a room,” a pedestrian on the sidewalk muttered in passing.

Joanna pulled back and gazed up at me through her long eyelashes. “Should we listen to him?”

“Yes,” I said. “We absolutely fucking should.”

I took her by the hand, and we giggled while walking down the street. “The office where I work is right down there,” I said, pointing. “Two blocks away. The hotel we use is up ahead.”

“Good. I’m looking forward to that room service.”

“Thirty dollar limit,” I replied. “Don’t take advantage of my immense generosity.”

“Thirty dollars? That’s only going to cover one of the six lobster dishes I plan on ordering.”

“Lobster’s gross,” I said. “It’s basically a big sea insect. You might as well be ordering a giant cockroach.”

“Shh,” she said, pressing a finger to my lips. “I can understand being a Cubs fan, but I cannot ignore lobster slander. My parents are originally from Maine.”

“Lobster is delicious,” I replied in a monotone voice. “I love lobster so much. Especially how alien it looks. Like a saltwater-flavored insect.”

Joanna glared over at me. “You’re on thin ice.”

“Another thing you learned from Maine?”

“Yes! I played hockey with my brother growing up.”

I chuckled. “That explains why you like the Blackhawks more than the Cubs.”

“No,” she said scornfully. “What explains my love for the Blackhawks is that hockey players are super fucking hot.”

“You’re not wrong,” I admitted.

We were still laughing as we walked into the hotel lobby. There were two men drinking at the bar to the right, but otherwise it was deserted except for the desk clerk. I gave him my name and information and asked for a room.

“Would you like to use your rewards points?” he asked. “Your current balance is seventeen free nights.”

“Seventeen nights?” Joanna exclaimed.

“I told you I had a lot of points.”

“I thought that was a line to get me into bed!”

“Oh it was for sure a line. It just happened to be a truthful one.”

The desk clerk politely pretended like he couldn’t hear us.

When we got into the elevator, it was Joanna’s turn to throw her body against mine and kiss me like our time was running out. I was instantly hard, my cock throbbing against her as she pushed her pelvis into me.

The door opened on the second floor. We both quickly pulled away and pretended like nothing was happening as a little old man with an ice bucket stepped into the elevator.

“I’m getting ice,” he said, hefting the bucket. “I paid for the room, and the ice is included. If you don’t get ice, you’re a sucker.”

“I was just about to grill you on your hotel ice position,” I said. “Glad you explained yourself before I could interrogate you.”

He rolled his eyes, and I winked at Joanna. She had to cover her mouth to keep from laughing.
