Hanna smiles, turning back to her wide eyes. I chuckle under my breath when Hanna yells at the tv screen and I pull her back into my arms, avoiding the daggers Sam and Damien send my way. I'll put up with it all, even her creepy shows, just so I can call her mine.
If I can even keep her after everything. I might have to just let her go, which also happens to be the last thing I want to do.
"Nachos!" Sam yells over the screaming girls on the tv. Ace tilts his head and watches our friend with a confused expression. That was probably the most random shit that ever came out of his mouth.
I watch my brother's glare disappear as he stares at Sam with a question in his eyes. "Nachos?" he repeats, bewildered as I am.
Sam smirks and leaps off the lounge, his cell phone in hand. "I'm ordering us some nachos." Rolling my eyes, I turn back to the screen, resting my head against Hanna's. If only I can have her for the rest of tonight, then that is what I will do.
Keep her until I can't anymore.
"Order enough for me!" Damien yells over the TV. Ace nods in agreement and I shove my hand in the air, indicating I want some, too. Sam groans as he rambles off to the person on the other line.
A grin appears on my lips as I watch the TV. He has a love/hate relationship with us, just like Hanna and her horror movies. "Okay, assholes, I ordered enough for you as well," he replies, planting his ass on the lounge beside me.
I gotta admit, Damien and I moving in with these two assholes freshman year was the best decision we made. I mean, yeah, I didn't talk to them for about a month because I hated the entire world, but they soon became our closest friends.
Nate included. He's been such a good friend since me and Damien moved here from Chicago.
A knock at the front door pulls me from my thoughts, causing Sam to dash off toward the sound. Laughing softly, I pull Hanna closer, causing her to wiggle. "Release me! I want some nachos!" she demands, wiggling out of my grip and dashing after Sam.
I smile and shove my arms behind my head. I absolutely need to find a way to keep this woman. No matter what.
"Dinner is served," Sam and Hanna announce at the same time. Climbing off the lounge, I pause the TV, following Ace and Damien into the kitchen to dish up some nachos.
My brother stops me by the shoulder with a harsh grip as he yanks me into him. "Now you understand my constant mind battle with Scarlet, so if I were you, I would start staying out of my business. Unless, of course, you want our mother to know the little Aussie's real name," he snarls softly.
His threat is there, and I'd be an idiot to say a word about his relationship with the she-devil, especially now when I have everything to fucking lose.
Instead, I ignore my thoughts as I begin piling my plate with nachos, not forgetting to grab the sour cream from the fridge so I have something to smear on them.
Hanna wrinkles her nose as she watches me shove a sour cream-covered nacho into my mouth. "Ew! You're ruining them!" she complains as she shoves her dry beef-filled chip into her mouth.
I chuckle under my breath and shove another one into my mouth, winking at her. "It's delicious."
With the earlier conversation completely gone from his brain, Damien nods in agreement, shoving a handful into his large gob.
Hanna watches us with horror as we douse our meal in sour cream with grins. "I agree with Hanna." Sam smirks, shoving a dry chip into his mouth. What is wrong with these two?
That's dry as all hell. Ace plants his ass back in the La-Z-Boy, snatching the sour cream from Damien, and watches Sam with a weird look.
"You two are awfully weird," he replies, shoving a chip covered with sour cream into his mouth.
Ace, Damien, and I start laughing when Hanna's facial expression changes to horrified. Smirking, I eye Hanna with a grin, licking the white liquid off my lips. "Definitely would taste better smeared all over your perfect tits."
Hanna's jaw drops as she gazes at me with wide eyes. Ace smirks as he watches me with a twinkle in his eye.
"Let me try it tonight." I wink at her. Hanna closes her mouth and glares at me, shoving another dry chip into her mouth. Smirking, I grab the remote, switching the channel to Sons of Anarchy. I hear a squeal from Hanna and turn my head as she dashes toward me.
Shit. Placing my nachos on the coffee table, she tackles herself into my lap and fights for the remote. "No, no. You watched too many Pretty Little Liars as it is." I hold the remote above her head.
Ace grins and nods in agreement. Smirking, I press a kiss to her nose and toss Ace the remote. Hanna flies off my lap toward Ace. Quickly, he sets his nachos on the side table as she leaps into his lap and reaches for the remote. Maybe this was a bad idea?
I watch her move around in Ace's lap and my jaw hardens, anger taking over my features. He might die. No, actually, if she doesn't move, I will fucking slice into Ace's skin.
"Enough!" I growl, my fists clenched at my side. Ace's body stills, realising why I'm angry. Hanna turns her head toward me with wide eyes. But I'm not caring that she doesn't realise what she's doing. Oh no, I'm livid.
Getting to my feet, I make my way over to Ace and yank her off his lap, my eyes filled with anger. "What the fuck!" I growl in her face.
