“Om my god,” Raven laughed. “I can’t believe you’re giving Captain Ass Hat credit.”

“Has it occurred to any of you that maybe Jason and I are the only ones responsible for our relationship?”

“Nope,” they said, resolutely.

“I cannot believe that four of you managed to time that so perfectly.”

“It would have been five, Jason, had I not had to work late.”

I rolled my eyes as Sasha greeted Nico. Our friends were lunatics, but we loved them anyway. Jason pulled me close and kissed me.

“Happy?”

“Of course. I couldn’t be happier. Honestly, Jason, Tad was an asshole of epic proportions, but he brought us together.”

“Alright, you two. Enough with the mushy shit. It’s time to drink.”

“Leave it to Sasha,” Nico chuckled. “You can always count on her ability to be crass and her penchant for alcohol.”

“Nico, darling. You are going to be so sorry that you made that smartass comment. Just wait until I have you alone.”

“Uh oh,” Chase joked. “Somebody is getting a spanking later.”

“Everyone is talking like that’s a bad thing.”

“Raven, I can’t believe how much I’ve corrupted you by bringing you to the club.”

“I think Chase and I are responsible for that,” Seb chuckled.

“Okay, enough. To Jason and Leah,” Sasha cheered. “I’m so glad you’re both part of our lives.”

“Thank you, Sash. We love you too,” I said, wrapping my arms around her.

“We have some amazing friends, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t glad to have you to myself now.”

“I can’t disagree with you there,” I said, curling up against him. “I love you so much.”

“I love you too, baby girl. Are you tired?”

“Not even remotely. I was thinking we could do some wedding planning.”

I damn near turned my cheeks to hamburger, trying not to laugh. It was such a ridiculous notion all around. I might have become more hearts and flowers than I started off, but I was definitely not the poofy dress with eighteen bridesmaids type of girl. It would probably take all but a day to plan it. The most difficult part would be trying to do something that would satisfy both sides of my life. I would love to get married at the club, but there’s no way I could take my family or any number of friends there. My mother would shoot me if I got married without her there.

“You want to do wedding planning now? Baby girl, it’s 1:00 a.m. I kind of thought we’d be doing something else.”

“Oh? Like what?” I asked innocently. “Honeymoon planning?”

“Listen here, you,” he growled, tickling my ribs.

I yelped as he stood, threw me over his shoulder, and marched me to the dungeon. Almost before I could process being there, he’d stripped me of my clothes and tossed me on the bed. He stalked me like prey and skilfully bound my wrists and ankles with the ever-present ties on his head and footboards.

“No fair. Why am I the only naked one?”

“Because I’m the one that’s in charge. Have you forgotten that?”

“No,” I pouted.
