Typing NomadNurse6 into the site’s search bar only produced the user not found error alert. Weird, maybe he was a figment of imagination? Jamie visualizes those hungry hazel eyes, soft plush lips and thick veiny cock. His own twitches against his inner thigh at the memory. No. It was definitely real. The soiled jeans still hung over the edge of the hamper. Glazed stain, front and center.
He scrolls the list of profiles, trying to find those familiar photos. Dark swirly haired chest and belly with gorgeous mauve nipples. The mental recall causes his dick to swell in the sweats. He swallows the excess saliva collecting under his tongue before literally drooling.
Nothing. No trace of the man anywhere. Maybe he was just closet case getting his rocks off? The irony of a sexually repressed male nurse struck a bit funny for some reason.
Confused and defeated. Jamie abandons his desk. Stripping off the sweats and henley. He grabs a clean pair of purple briefs from the dresser and marches naked across the hall. Turning on the shower, brushing his teeth and climbing in once the steam starts rolling over the curtain rod.

Dressed and ready for the dinner shift. He tries a few more times to dredge up any trace of the elusive nurse’s online footprint. Still, efforts produce no results. Closing the laptop, he heads to the kitchen and prepares Rosy’s meal.
She appears from behind the shrub at the corner of the garden, same as everyday. Purrs vibrate her whole body while she devours the kibble. Jamie waits for her to finish before offering pets. Sitting a bit longer with her than usual.
He scratches behind her ears and she curls around his wrist. Nuzzling her face into his palm.
“Such a good girl. I wish I could take you inside. It’s getting cold out here. I really hope you have a home somewhere around here.”
Rosy decides the visit was long enough and trots off.
Jamie gathers her dish and sets it inside the hall, before heading toward Truffle.
The walk down the street is invigorating in the chill autumn air, compared to the sweaty trudge during the hottest summer days.
Rows of old stately homes, converted to apartment buildings become shops, restaurants, hair salons and office spaces as he gets closer to Truffle. The sidewalks are lined with a scattering of trees sprouted through beds of mulch. Their leaves are turning redder from orange each day.
The restaurant front looks less lively this time of year, after they stop putting the few cafe style dining sets out on the sidewalk post tourist season.
The sun sets earlier now. Warm lighting advertises the cozy atmosphere inside. Black walls with alternating flat and gloss vertical stripes accentuate custom honey hued table tops and brushed steel chairs.
Colin’s platinum hair glows under the halo of a crystal chandelier hung above the host’s podium. Leaning on his elbows. His narrow waist peeking under a tiny black tee. His face beat with smoky shadowed eyes and shimmering highlight powdered cheeks. Gazing into his fresh neon green nails. His high gloss lips purse, waiting to be kissed. “Hey Jamie.” He’s disinterested. How does it feel to be so pretty?
“Hey.” Jamie walks past. The dining room is completely empty, except for Eli wiping down tables that didn’t need it. “Hi Eli”
The shy boy smiles back with flushed cheeks.
Molly pushes through the kitchen doors, nearly smacking Jamie in the chin. “Hey whore!” She teases.
Jamie rolls his eyes and lips curl into a guilty grin. “Shut up.” He banters.
“Any news on Dave?” She thrives on filthy gossip.
Sebastian’s ears perk up from behind the bar.
“Nothing. He’s a ghost. I couldn't find anything online.” He drops onto a stool.
Molly and Sebastian both lean on the bar, elbow to elbow and Colin floats over to join the circle, tucking invisible hair behind an ear.
“I even made a catfish profile on Gaydr.” Shrugging. “His profile is gone.”
“Married closet case.” Colin calls it.
“Maybe.” Jamie pauses. “But it really just didn’t feel like that.”
“Hard to tell these days.” Molly adds.
“True. Look at Sebastian.” Colin smirks with a suggestive side eye on the hunky bisexual bartender.
“I’ve been out of the closet since high school babe.” Sebastian smirks back.
