Messing with a brother's most precious possession is cause for banishment.

I tilt my head and smirk. Oh well….

Griping my truck keys, I walk over to his bike. Phil looks at me from the gate with a furrowed brow, his eyes going to James' bike, to me, then to my keys in my hand, and his eyes widen.

I shrug, stating, "He screwed a clubwhore a few weeks ago while I cried for him and our relationship…."

His mouth moves in an 'O', giving me enough time to carve “dickhead” in James' dark blue tank.

"Ah fuck," Phil says loudly, and I grin.

We're broken up, but he's still trying to win me back, and, let's face it: I love him, but I won't let him make me look like a fool.

With a nod to Phil, I head to the door again with a smile.

I really shouldn't have had this much pleasure in doing that.

I pass all the other bikes and smile. The brothers are in church, so Sarah messaged this morning after I explained what Carol told me. Sarah, Violet, and Liv are helping me exact revenge.

Smokey said he wants no part in it, and apparently, went back to drinking a beer on the beach.

I know James, and I know he's probably feeling guilty. According to Breaker, who I rang after Carol left, James was angry, thinking I willingly went home with him, and then felt so guilty he got drunk and got head from his ex-fling.

Still….

Walking into the clubhouse, Sarah grins, while Carol's eyes widen. I smirk at her and give her a little wave, showing her that her little play to pay me off didn't work; the piece of paper is currently sitting in my safe in my practice, ready to give back to Eagle.

It's his money anyway, and it's not like she can tell everyone what she did, can she? And if she tries to get someone to attack me again, well, the gun in my drawer will see to it that I'm safe.

Hopefully, my daddy doesn't notice it missing; it's not every day he uses his handgun.

Sarah rushes toward me, stating loudly, "Oh my God, you have to see my new puppy," then drags me toward the officer's rooms, and I grin wide.

Smooth, real smooth.

As soon as we're near James' door, I use the key he gave me and let us in. His computer is on standby, making me grin wider.

"Stupid, naive boy," I mutter.

"Shit, he is going to be pissed," Sarah states.

Welp, she's got that right.

I nod. "Then he'll know how angry I am at him for screwing someone else, and then screwing me against the door."

Sarah sputters, and I wince. I wasn't supposed to tell her that bit.

"Was it good?" she asks, and I laugh but nod because, yeah, it was. He spent hours loving my body, helping to ease my ordeal.

Biting my lip, I wake up his screen and enter his password—the day we met—then quickly go to his settings.

It doesn't take long until I've changed all of his passwords to the date that he allowed Nina to kiss him—petty, yes, but do I care? No.

Quickly, I put his monitor back to sleep before my eyes catch his laptop. I bite my bottom lip…. Surely, this will be taking it a little too far.

Right?

"Brook…" Sarah says carefully.
