SIX MONTHS AGO

“What about her?” Shep says pointing at a girl in tight short shorts despite the fact that it’s January.

“Nah.” I laugh. “I fucked her last year. So I’d have an unfair advantage.”

“Well fuck, if we have to find a girl none of us tapped here at school, we might as well not even try,” Ashton observes, following the blonde with his gaze until she’s out of sight.

Bode weighs in, calm as usual. “Fine by me. I fuck whoever I fuck and unlike you guys, I prefer to have a connection with someone before I put my dick in her.”

I bark out a laugh. “You’re so full of shit, dude. You say that just because Theresa gave it up to you without you even trying. You’re like the pussy whisperer, all sensitive and shit.” He flips me the bird but if we really want to do this, we need to focus. “It’s not impossible. Think again. We just need to look outside of the popular girls.”

Bode shakes his blond head as if the mere suggestion of digging deeper than the popular girls at school was a personal affront. “I rest my case, motherfucker. Theresa gave it up to me because instead of trying super hard to get into her pants, I fucking talked to her. Girls aren’t always impressed with muscles and douchiness, they like to be treated like human beings.”

I laugh because he’s so fucking wrong it isn’t even funny. “Do they? Then why did Sara dump me? She was cheating on me with a fucking nerd. And why did Sylvia fuck the captain of the basketball team behind your back? Why did Manuela break up with Ashton? We all treated our exes right. Obviously Shep doesn’t count because he just thinks with his dick and we all know that he doesn’t even have a beating heart.”

Shep laughs at my dig, completely non-plussed by what he knows to be true. “Whatever, asshole. My dick has never steered me wrong. What’s wrong in not doing girlfriends? The same can’t be said for any of you saps. But Theresa was fun, I’d be lying to you if I said that I didn’t enjoy it.”

I don’t offer any comment. Truth be told, Theresa still stings.

We’ve just come back from London where I won the windsurf world championship in the under twenty-one Freestyle category. Bode placed second in that but won the slalom race. Ashton and Shep won respectively the Big Air and the Super X junior races.

Ashton chimes in, agreeing with Bode—the fucking pretty boy. “It was a great time for all of us. Together, away from California and surrounded by exotic girls who wanted nothing more than to get laid. You know I didn’t discriminate between fans and fellow competitors either, there’s enough dick for every chick who wants a ride on it. My score for the week is four. Same as you other fuckers. So, why are you still thinking about Theresa?” he provokes me.

Theresa, I think clenching my fists.

“I’d stop feeling so smug just because you were the one who started it, Ash,” I reply. “Don’t act as if the first night that you fucked on the flight over, wasn’t just dumb luck.”

He chuckles darkly. “Maybe. But seriously sex in the aircraft toilet isn’t as fun as it sounds in theory. But I still took one for the team, didn’t I? When we bumped into Molly at our hotel, I took my chances and invited her to our room. So you’re fucking welcome, all of you assholes.”

Shep claps him on one shoulder, wanting his part of the credit for how things turned out. “Don’t forget who sourced all the drinks and thought of all those fun party games, dude. You might’ve found the girl, but I set the scene.”

Yeah, the end result was that we all fucked her.

My cock stirs in my jeans at the memory. I especially enjoyed tag teaming her with Bode. Watching Ashton and Shep do the same was a lot of fun too.

But Molly wasn’t the only girl making our UK tour more interesting. “What about the next day when we registered for the championship? I was the one who met Lisa. None of you three losers would’ve had any game with a super hot Australian girl, especially an older one.” Lisa worked for the organizers of the tournament. We met for drinks and things got hot in the bar’s bathroom. The memory of the previous night was still vivid in my mind so I took my chances and asked Lisa how would she like fucking me and all my friends. To my shock, she said yes.

Bode shrugs. “So what’s your problem, dude? We repeated the performance every night, one of us would hook up and then ask the girl if she was up for some group fun. Every girl said yes except Theresa. It can happen even to windsurfing champions to be turned down, you know? After all we’re fucking human beings.”

I know what Bode’s trying to do, he’s my best friend after all. “You know she refused because of me.” Theresa was one of the strongest competitors in slalom and we’d met after the races, during a sponsored event with the specialized press.

“Yeah,” Ashton agrees. “Because you were too cocky. You made her feel like a slut and there’s nothing worse when you’re trying to get into a girl’s pants.”

Smart ass! My retort is immediate. “I thought she liked me, so I guess I was a little cocky and invited her to have some fun with me and my friends. I couldn’t predict that she’d get really offended and refuse, walking away and not even looking at me all night.”

Shep decides to play peacemaker for once in his life, since he wasn’t the one who got turned down. We all know how competitive he gets. “Come on, dude, it can happen to the best of us. The fact that she got into a conversation with Bode at the hotel bar and eventually hooked up with him, doesn’t mean that you lost your touch or anything, ok? Some girls prefer a softer approach, that’s all. After all, when Bode invited her to hang with the rest of us the following night, she accepted.”

That doesn’t make me feel any better. “Yeah, but as soon as she entered the room and saw me, she said that she’d be up for some group fun but only if I weren’t a part of it.”
