He taps his fingers high up his thigh, telling me he noticed where my eyes went.

My knees lock. Mason pushes me again, but since he’s being tender, I’m still standing.

Finn’s boots land on my carpet. He bends to stroke the area behind my knees, soothing me. Unlocking my knees that are wobbly from their attention now.

And Falk is there to finish the job. He hooks his fingers between my jeans and my belly, yanking my body down.

“Kneel,” he adds as I collapse to the carpet. Surrounded, towered over, possessed. Scared as hell.

The scent of violence laces into the air. Of power and lust. They’re one and the same at this point. If I’m not careful, I might develop a hunger for their cruelty too.

I might ask them to hurt me until I come.

My conflicting emotions reach a crescendo.

I’m one woman, kneeling in the circle of hungry men. A glance to the side and over my shoulder at Mason and Finn’s groins will confirm my suspicions. They’re hard. I just know it. I can fucking smell their need.

Their desires. They want to degrade me. Maybe they’ll try to take what I haven’t offered.

Not a part of me objects to them that idea. Not a single one.

“Very good, flower.” Mason’s hand caresses my head like I’m his pet.

Which I don’t object to either.

“Read for us,” Falk snarls. “Read the poem you wrote…for our class.”

The bastard understood who the subjects of my poem were. He enjoys the humiliation I’ll live through by reading it.

Finn’s hand joins his brother’s, not patting but tugging on my long locks.

“Fine,” I address Falk, though I’m talking to all of them. “You’ll leave after I read it.”

“You won’t see us,” Finn taunts. “Until dinner, of course.”
