“Well, I hope whoever I choose to give myself to will make it fun.”

“Me too.”

Suvi raised a brow. “You’re still a virgin too?”

“Yeah? You thought I was out here sticking my dick in every girl at school?”

Suvi looked away.

“Su?”

“The girls are always talking. Kiara told Victoria that y’all… did things. I assumed you’ve had sex with all your girlfriends because they said y’all did.” Suvi’s tone was different. She spoke in a voice barely above a whisper.

“Kiara and I ain’t fuck. I fingered her and she sucked my dick.”

“Oh.”

“What, you want to be my first?”

“What? No! I just felt some type of way because I thought you would tell me when you lose your virginity.”

“I will. You know everything about me. If I was out here knocking bitches down, you’d be the first to know.”

She rolled her eyes. “You never take anything seriously.”

“I am serious. I got a proposition for you.”

“Don’t say nothing stupid,” she warned.

“If you’re still a virgin by the end of senior year, I’ll take your virginity.”

“Okay.”

I raised a brow. “Okay?”

“I trust you more than anybody else. I know if I were to give you my virginity, you’d make me feel good. You wouldn’t hurt me or make me feel dirty for giving you a part of me.”

Suvi’s words swam through my head. What if we would have crossed the line all those years ago? What if we would have given a romantic relationship a try years ago? Would we be celebrating anniversaries now? Would we be building a family? Would we have broken up and never talked again? The what ifs were heavy on my mind.

“Do you know what’s on the itinerary today?” Suvi’s voice broke me from my thoughts. We’d made it back to the cabana and laid in bed.

I pulled out my phone and looked at the email with our honeymoon package.

“We’ve got kayaking this afternoon,” I read.

“Do I have time for a nap?”

“Set several alarms so we don’t oversleep. I don’t want to miss this one.”

“Okay.” Suvi curled up against my chest without even glancing at her phone. I shook my head and set three alarms. Once they were in place, I wrapped my hands around Suvi’s warm body and welcomed sleep.

“The view is beautiful,” Suvi commented.

The water around us was crystal blue. We could see the sea creatures swimming around us as we kayaked with a small group of tourists. The kayak was spacious considering how big of a man I was.

“You’re going to steer us off course,” I warned.

Suvi’s distracted ass had stopped rowing the kayak and opted to reach her hand out to see if she could pet one of the fish swimming by. She didn’t care that the head of the kayak had turned at an angle away from the group.
