Page 28 of Liam

Paisley smiles at me when I walk into the kitchen, and it hits me right in the fucking heart because I love this fucking woman and I have for a long-ass time. Sometimes it just hits me how much. Another woman hasn’t even crossed my mind. I don’t see anyone but her. Everything is blurred but her.

She is my life, my world. My everything.

I am going to marry her ass, have babies, and have a family. I am going to be the dad that I never had. I want it all.

I walk over to her, lift her out of her seat, and kiss her. I kiss her with every fucking thing I have in me. Her hands are twisted into my shirt, giving me back everything I am giving her. I pull back, placing my forehead against her, and look deeply into her eyes, my hand cupping her jaw.

“I fucking love you, Paisley.”

Tears fill her eyes immediately. “I love you too, Liam, so much.” She kisses me again, her tears falling down her face. I lift her up and place her ass on the counter, my hand buried in her hair, controlling the kiss.

She pulls back and stares at her hand, which is placed over my heart. “I can’t believe this all belongs to me,” she whispers and falls into my chest. I wrap my arms around her tightly and kiss the top of her head.

“Hey Liam, I think I have something here you might want.” I look up to see Ethan holding the vest I made for Paisley years ago.

I take the vest, and she gasps and covers her mouth.

“Be my ole lady?” I wink and she puts on the vest; it fits her perfectly.

“You know it, old man.” She winks back and hugs me once again. I look over my shoulder and see that Braelyn is sobbing into Ethan’s chest. “That was so beautiful.”

“Wait until Torch sees the vest,” Ethan says and Paisley freezes, her eyes wide with panic.

“Baby, I don’t give a fuck what your dad thinks,” I tell her and I don’t. Her dad might intimidate a lot of people, but I’m sure as hell not scared of him. “Tonight there is a party at the clubhouse, and you’re wearing your vest.”

She whispers, “Oh boy.”

Paisley

Oh boy is correct. The moment we walked through the front door, everyone turned to stare, and I mean everyone. Hell, I think the music was turned off and everything.

The Grim Sinners MC is here also; we have a full house tonight. My father turns around and his eyes go straight to my vest and Liam’s hand, resting on my side. Dad slams down his beer and charges over here, and Liam steps in front of me, ready to take on my father.

Dad stops right in front of Liam, nose to nose. Oh my god, what is going to happen? “What the fuck do you think you’re doing?” Dad asks Liam.

I stand beside Liam.

“She is mine, Torch. Don’t fucking try to stop this, it won’t work.”

Dad glares at him. If looks could kill he would be dead ten times over. I walk over and grab Dad’s hand. He looks at me, and I can tell that he is sad.

“I will always be your baby, Daddy. I love him,” I whisper and Dad closes his eyes, his whole body sinking with defeat.

He pulls me into a hug and the music turns back on. “I love you, baby girl,” he says and I hug him tighter.

“I love you, Dad.”

Liam pulls me away and holds me against his side. He offers Dad his hand, and Dad stares at it for a few beats before he puts his hand in Liam’s. I grin happily and Dad’s face softens at my smile.

Dad backs away and Kayla is waiting for him across the room. She hugs him and winks at me over her shoulder. I wave at her; then we are swarmed by everyone in the room. The ole ladies are around me, and the guys are with Liam.

I love this. I love that I am a part of the sisterhood; it’s different than just being a princess in the club. This is different. I am a part of the club in a different way. I have a patch.

I look at my family and friends surrounding me, congratulating me. It’s hard to believe that, after all of these years, this finally happened.

Liam grabs my hand and I smile and press my head against his shoulder. I love him, and I love my family.

Everything is just perfect and the way it’s meant to be.
