“Okay, bud, it’s time to get ready for bed.”
“Ugh, no movie tonight?”
“No, it’s already 8:00, and we still need to take a bath and brush your teeth.” And I’m dying to stick my dick in Abigail and finish what we started earlier.
“If you want me to read you two books tonight, then you got to get your butt to bed.”
“Ugh, okay.” He starts to pull away from Abigail, then turns around and says. “Abigail, would you read to me tonight?”
She stares at him for a second, taken aback by his question. “Y-Yeah, of course, as long as your dad is okay with it.”
She looks back at me.
“It’s okay with me,” I say, wiping a dish and putting it back in the cupboard with the other plates.
“But Dad will have to give me a bath because I have a penis, and girls have a vagina, and you can’t see my penis.”
Abigail snorts, and I can’t help but laugh along with her.
“Where did you hear about all this?” I ask him.
“At pee wee football camp. Some boy was making fun of one of Nolan’s sisters on the field when we were kicking balls because she said her dad still gives her baths and showers with her sometimes.”
I walk over to Bodie. Abigail and I exchange a look.
“And I told him to stop it because that wasn’t nice.”
“Who was the girl they were making fun of?” Abigail asks, concern written all over her face.
“Her name is Sabrina, she’s my friend. I felt bad for her because she looked sad, and I think she started to cry before the teacher saw what was happening.”
I made a mental note to say something to Nolan’s mom tomorrow at camp.
“That was sweet of you to step in, Bodie,” Abigail says, holding Bodie’s hand.
“Yeah, I like Sabrina and Nolan. My friends and I learned in school that we should never tease other kids.”
“That’s right. Unless they hit you, then you beat their-”
Abigail looks over Bodie’s shoulder and glares at me. I cough. “I meant you walk away. Violence is never the answer.”Abigail shakes her head as she fights off a smile.
“Alright, Bodie Bear, let's get some rest.”
“Do you want me to finish cleaning up?”
“No, I’ll do it,” I say over my shoulder as I follow Bodie up the stairs. “Besides, I want you to have some energy for later.”
Fire burns in her eyes, warming her cheeks. She’s so fucking cute when she blushes.
Abigail comes down the steps as I am wiping down the counters. I finished cleaning up the mess we made earlier. Her head is glued to the screen of her phone, not looking up.
“So annoying,” she says under her breath.
“Is there something wrong?” I place a hip on the edge of the kitchen counter, crossing my arms over my chest.
She sighed as she sat in one of the chairs facing the island across from me.
“No, I just don’t get it.”
