“Morning,” I said.

Sarai clasped her hands together, leaned forward, and watched me out of the corner of my eye.

“Do you like being represented by Lambert Public Relations?” Sarai asked.

“Here we go,” I groaned and dropped the newspaper.

“No, I’m asking for clarification,” Sarai insisted, and Cicely set a plate down in front of her.

“Thanks, Cicely,” Sarai said.

“No problem. I’ll be in the back, grabbing your laundry,” Cicely mentioned, and I nodded.

“Sarai, what did I do this time?”

Sarai opened her binder, pulled out some papers, and tossed them in front of me. I picked them up and noticed they were text messages between Josie and Ronald.

“Where did you get these?” I asked.

“I have my ways,” Sarai stated, then she picked up a piece of toast and the strawberry jelly.

I read over the text messages, talking about her trying to do something to my car first, and Josie convinced him to hurt Arianna instead.

Ronald: I’m tired of that bitch-ass boy thinking he’s the man.

Josie: Ron, calm down.

Ronald: Why are you sticking up for him?

Josie: Baby, I’m with you.

Ronald: So we take him out?

Josie: I have an even better plan.

Ronald: I want Kash gone.

Josie: It’s not time.

Ronald: Because you’re still sleeping with him?

Josie: That’s ridiculous.

“Jesus,” I huffed out.

“Yeah, and there’s a lot more,” Sarai said.

“Did you show these to Colton?” I questioned.

“He was the one who sent them to me,” Sarai said.

“The lawyers need to see this.”

“I already sent them over. The problem is that the media got a hold of everything,” Sarai explained.

“Which means Arianna will see everything if Josie has texts from me.” I realized what Sarai was finally saying.

“Exactly and if she has any compromised pictures or videos…” She trailed her thought, and I immediate caught upon it.
