All of a sudden, the car started smoking and caught fire.
“WTF!” I heard Kamden shout.
“Get her out of there!” Colton yelled.
BOOM!
The car rattled and exploded as more smoke came through. I felt myself slip away, and everything went black.

Arianna
Three days later
I felt a heaviness weighing me down, as loud voices went back and forth. I groaned trying to lift my hand, but my eyes were too heavy. I felt my name being called, and I mumbled slowly for some water. My throat was raspy and dry.
“She’s awake!” I heard someone shout.
“Get the nurses!” I knew that was Dad’s voice.
“We’re here, Ari. eWe’ve been here.” That was Rylee.
I wanted to open my eyes, but I drifted off again into a deep sleep.
A few hours later, I finally opened my eyes fully and looked up to see Rylee and Essence sleeping on the couch together. I tried to pull myself up an inch or two and saw Kamden sitting in the chair next to my hospital bed. I picked up the nurse’s button and a few seconds later, a nurse and a doctor came inside and turned the lights on.
“Glad to see you awake, Arianna. I’m Doctor Sebastian.” His voice caused Kamden, Rylee, and Essence to wake up.
“Where are my parents?” I questioned.
“They went to get food in the cafeteria,” Essence said.
Right as she said that the door opened with my parents and brothers walking behind them.
“My baby,” Mom yelled, running toward me as the doctor continued to check my vitals while Dad stood at the foot of the bed, rubbing my feet. I looked around the room, nervous about what was happening.
“How do you feel?” the doctor asked.
“Sore all over,” I said, sighing.
“That’s expected. You had a pretty bad crash.”
“What—”
The door flew open with Freddie busting inside with balloons and a teddy bear. Kamden jumped up and charged at him.
“What the fuck are you doing here?” Kamden asked.
“Man, get off me,” Freddie said.
“Kamden, let him go,” Mom muttered.
“You might as well leave. Her real man is here,” Freddie spat.
“Arianna, you need to tell me something?” Kamden asked.
“Both of you need to leave,” Malik yelled.
