Before I could get too far, Josie called out my name.
“Kash!” Josie rushed out and stalked toward me.
“Josie.”
“I missed you,” she said and attempted to kiss me on the lips again right as a flash went off.
I pushed her behind me and tried to grab the camera from the photographer.
“WTF!” I screamed.
“Kash, calm down.”
“Calm down, how the hell did they get in here?” I questioned as I grabbed his camera to take the film out, but I couldn’t figure it out, so I dropped it on the ground.
“Hey, man! That’s my camera,” the photographer shouted.
“This is private property,” I replied.
“Kash, it’s just a photo,” Josie said. I looked over at her and shook my head.
“Did you set this up?” I yelled.
“What, no! Of course not.”
“Mighty funny, the second you text me to talk, a photographer shows up, Josie.”
“You’re acting crazy, Kash,” Josie remarked.
“You owe me for that camera, dude,” the photographer stated.
“Fuck your camera, man, and get out of here before I kick your ass,” I shouted.
“Are you serious right now?” Josie questioned, stepping between me and the photographer.
“Very serious and since you set me up, you can get out with him,” I told her and walked off and heard her heels behind me.
“Kash! Kash! Wait, please,” Josie said.
“I’m putting this on all the blogs. Wait until I sue your ass!” the photographer yelled.
Josie grasped my arm and turned me to face her.
“Kash, listen, I didn’t have anything to do with him taking our photo,” Josie pleaded.
I ran a hand through my hair. “It doesn’t matter, Josie. It looks off and lets me know I can’t trust you.” I heard laughter behind me, and Josie’s face grimaced.
“Hey, Kash,” Rylee spoke while Colton stood there holding her hand.
“Hey, Ryles. What’s up, Colton?” I asked.
“Is everything okay?” Rylee asked, looking between Josie and me.

“Uhm… yeah. You remember Josie from Sports Channel Six?” I said.
