“Is that acceptable?” Ares asked.

“Um, yeah. Sure.”

“We take it you aren’t on the pill.”

“No. No reason to be.”

“There’s a reason now,” Hunter remarked, smiling. “We have a club physician who can get you on it. Accidents happen so we want to take precautions.”

“Of course,” she replied.

“In the meantime, Hunter and I will get tested to make sure you’re one hundred percent safe with us.”

“Okay.”

“I think that takes care of all the serious business. I’d like you to arrive at noon so the floor manager can train you.”

She nodded.

“Friday night, there’s a party,” Hunter said. “We’ll tackle the next sin then.”

She liked how he phrased that. “So, I’ll be spending the night?”

“Our little toy,” Ares mused with a smirk. “Hope you’re ready.”

Her heart rate spiked, and for a moment, she wondered what the hell she was doing. Did she really just make a sexual bargain with two men? If only Abel could see her now.

“I want to explore, um…” she trailed off, embarrassed. It was difficult to get the words out.

Hunter rose and walked behind her chair, resting his hands on her shoulders. Then he slid them down her torso until he cupped her breasts. His breath fanned across her cheek.

“What would you like to explore, baby girl? Be honest. That’s the only way this works.”

She took a deep breath. “I want to explore … kink.”

A smile lifted the corners of Ares’s mouth. “I think we can do that.”

“Good girl,” Hunter whispered in her ear.

Adira melted at the praise. Who knew?

Her entire viewpoint on life had changed. Actions she didn’t quite understand yet, but that’s what she wanted to discover. Who was Adira Dobias?

“You’re back early,” Livia said.

Adira held up the folder. “Paperwork.”

“Ah.”

“I’m training tomorrow.” She hesitated with the next part. Would her friend understand? “And then Friday night, I’ve been invited to a party at the biker club as a special guest.”

Livia blinked. “What?”

“I’ve been—”

Livia waved her words away. “Rhetorical question. What does ‘special guest’ mean?”
