He looks at me like he doesn’t believe me, but there’s no way I'm going to tell him it’s because I wanted to spend more time with him.
“It’s usually not fun. It’s typically a tedious workout I do. But today…” His voice trails off and I look at him, using my hand to block the sun in my eyes. “Today is one of the best running days I’ve had.”
“You’re welcome.” I grin, butterflies erupting in my stomach when he smiles back.
I bump my shoulder into his and we both laugh while continuing our walk through the park. The park is so beautiful, tons of orange and yellow trees everywhere. There are couples, families, and people all milling around, enjoying the scenery. We stay on the path that takes us in and around the park.
“When does school finish up? You’re still taking classes for advertising, right?” The length of his arm brushes mine and I shiver, goosebumps raising on my skin. My eyes track down his body, my breath hitching when I lift my eyes and find him smirking at me.
“Yeah, I am, and in a few weeks. Luckily, my classes are still online. Being able to switch from in-person classes to remote classes has been so helpful. One more semester and I'm done. Sucks that it’s taking me so long, but that’s what happens when you can only take a couple of classes at a time.”
“What are your plans for after?”
“I’m not sure yet.”
The closer I get to graduating, the closer I get to having to make a decision. I’m in school getting my business degree, and originally, I started working under Alexander to gain the experience I knew I wouldn’t get from my classes. It was never my plan to work for Alexander forever. But if I leave, I’ll never see him again. And I’m not okay with that. I keep hoping that maybe I’ll get a better job at Hayes Advertising, but that’s not guaranteed.
Our conversation dies down and we both just walk side by side in silence. It’s such a beautiful time of the year. When the leaves are changing colors, and the breeze is getting cooler, but there’s no snow yet. It’s always so quiet and peaceful.
“Race ya.”
“Huh?” I question before Alexander takes off, running past me. Rolling my eyes, I debate whether to chase him when he turns around and taunts me.
“Too slow? You’re gonna let an old man beat you?” he goads, a bright smile on his face.
Huffing, I shake my head. I love seeing this playful side of Alexander. In the office he’s all tough man, big boss, but I love getting to see the glimpses into who he really is. He slows down to a walk and I use that to my advantage. Zipping past him, I run, laughing when he grumbles behind me.
We spend the rest of the afternoon running around like kids. Chasing each other, playing different games like tag, until both of us get tired, and we decide to make the walk back to his condo.
“Do you want to shower with me?” Alexander asks as soon as we cross the threshold into his condo.
“Is that even a question?”
Giggling, I let Alexander drag me to the shower, my feet rushing to keep up with him. We step under the spray of the hot water, washing away all the sweat and grime from our run. Taking turns, we soap each other’s bodies. I take extra time when it’s my turn. Moving my hands slowly around his body, loving the feel of his wet skin under my fingers.
Leaning forward, I kiss his pec while his arms circle around me. Neither of us move, we just stand there under the water, holding each other.
Why does this feel so nice? Fuck, I could get used to this. And I can’t get used to it. As much as this is everything I want and have been wanting, I know I can’t have it. Sighing, I step back and smile at him.
“I should probably head home.”
His shoulders slump and he nods his head. “Oh yeah, of course.”
I dry off quickly then move around his condo, already knowing the layout, and gather up my things.
“I’ll see you tomorrow.”
“Yeah, Elias.” Why does he sound like that? His voice is so small and soft and not the typical Alexander booming voice. “I’ll see you tomorrow.”
He walks me to his front door and kisses me goodbye. A toe-curling kiss. One that has me seeing stars and dreaming of the future. He nips at my lip before playfully swatting my ass.
“Oh, and Elias?”
“Hmm.” I breathe, my eyes closed, my legs jiggling unsteadily under me.
“Wear the panties to work.”
Squirming around in my seat, I smile, knowing that I’m wearing my sexiest panties under my slacks. I’ve worn panties every day this week and every day at 5 PM, Alexander locks his office door and fucks me over his desk. At this point, I’m like Pavlov's dog and the bell, except my bell is the clock and my reward is his cock.
