“Don’t stop,” Lucy gasped.

“Oh, I’m not stopping until you come on my fingers.” Evan’s other hand cupped her breast and played with her nipple.

“Why are you doing this?” Lucy felt wanton and wild. She needed to come so badly, she was writhing on Evan.

“Because I’ve been fantasizing about getting you off for a long time.”

That makes two of us.

Lucy’s head lolled back and she let him play with her. It was wicked to let him touch her like this in a public place. Only blinds and a wall separated them from getting caught. It made her squirm in pleasure. His talented fingers tickled her deep and soon she was making desperate little noises. He pinched her nipple tighter and she slammed her ass back into him.

The bastard actually chuckled. “You want something, honey?”

Grinding her teeth in frustration because she was so close, she leaned her head back. “Please…”

“Please what?” His fingers were relentless, stroking that one bundle of nerves over and over again until Lucy thought she would shake apart.

“Make me come,” she panted.

“If you were wearing a skirt right now, I’d be fucking you,” he growled into her ear.

That did it. Lucy came hard, squeezing her legs together and calling his name out in short moans.

“Mmm,” he hummed in appreciation. “Perfect.” Fixing her shorts, he settled her bra back over her throbbing breasts before stepping back. She turned in time to see him sucking on the two fingers he’d had inside her.

“You taste good,” Evan said. “Come back to my apartment with me. I’m not done with you. I’m going to handcuff you to my bed and keep you there.”

Lucy felt boneless as she swayed into him. She kissed him this time, palming his cock. He enveloped her in a hug while she savaged his mouth. She rubbed him hard through his jeans. There were no words, just a flash of lust. But that was all right; the only thing Lucy wanted to do was battle his tongue with hers.

Raised voices punctured the sexual bubble she felt surrounding them, and a car door slamming registered in her mind. When the door to the waiting room burst open, they jumped apart like two teenagers, Evan whirling to the coffee machine and Lucy plunking herself down on the nearest seat.

Luckily, Jules was too fuming mad to notice their strange behavior. “That asshat Burke wants to pay your repair bill. I’m tacking on an oil change and a tire rotation too. You don’t have a problem with that, do you?”

“Nope,” Lucy said, choking down her cold cup of coffee. She couldn’t believe what had just happened between her and Evan. She would have thought it was part of the epic fantasy she’d been having about Evan—except she could still feel his fingers inside her.

“What’s got you riled, Jules?” Evan said, sitting down at the table next to Lucy.

“Nothing.” She grimaced when Evan drummed his fingers on the table. “Something Simon said.”

“Simon?” Now it was Evan’s and Lucy’s turn to exchange glances.

“Do I need to have a talk with Burke?” Evan said, in a tone that made Lucy shudder.

“It’s not like that.” Jules waved her hand. “Cops piss me off.”

“Preach it, sister,” Lucy said, saluting her with her coffee cup.

“Anyway, give me another half hour and you’ll be all set.”

“Actually, Lucy’s coming back to the bar with me.” Evan shot Lucy a challenging look. “We’ll pick up her car tomorrow morning. Right, Lucy?”

If she wanted to back out, he was giving her a chance. Lucy took a deep breath. No way. Not this time. “That okay with you?” she asked Jules.

Jules shrugged. “Sure, but I’m serious. It’ll only take a few more minutes. Have another cup of coffee and a stale doughnut and you’ll be good to go.”

Lucy couldn’t think of a nice way of saying I need to jump your brother’s bones, so she smiled at Jules. “Thank you. I really appreciate your helping me out on such short notice.”

“Any friend of Evil’s is a friend of mine,” she said.
