He loves me. This perfect man-bear loves me, too.
Did you enjoy reading Grumpy Bear's Plus Size Love? I really enjoy writing about the Company 417 firemen shifters. Of course, if you’ve read even one of these books, you already know how gaga I get over writing them. I loved writing about Nathanial. I think every girl can go for the strong and silent type, right? Strong, silent, and grumpy. That’s a damned sweet and sexy combination, right? I love writing heroes like that, and I hope you loved Nathanial as much as I did. Of course, I loved Addison as well. I love how she’s almost worshipful with him but that doesn’t mean she’s going to let this Bear (no matter how big and powerful) walk all over her. I really loved her refusal to leave the burning building without the kids, too. How about you?
I fell in love with both of them while I wrote this. That isn’t going to surprise any of you out there who’ve read my other Company 417 books. I fall in love with every sexy shifter leading man I write! I can’t help it. Let’s face reality here: I’m absolutely hopeless. I guess that’s just me. I really hope you enjoyed reading about Addy and her amazing bear shifter as much as I enjoyed writing about them. Nathanial and Addison have a nice (and grumpy) happily ever after in their future, don’t they?
Boy, oh boy. I could go for that kind of happily ever after.
If you enjoyed this story, then I think you’ll love the next one.
Marcus Logan is a very powerful lion. He’s not only powerful in the world of men but in the world of lions as well. Lion shifters have a number of kingdoms, and Marcus is from a family of diplomats. His family is the reason the various lion prides and kingdoms have been at peace for the last four centuries. All lions are ready to listen to their kings but kings listen to Marcus’s father and uncles. When Marcus decides to retire from firefighting, they’ll listen to him, too.
For now, though, Marcus enjoys doing good as a firefighter. He enjoys his Company 417 brothers. He enjoys living with his two best friends, Bryce and Leo. They’re both lions as well. They’ve been friends since all of them were cubs.
They’ve shared successes.
They’ve shared failures.
They’ve shared good times.
They’ve shared bad times.
And they’re about to share a woman.
Savannah Mason is probably the best salesperson Downtown Luxury Furniture has on the payroll. When three very sexy men come in to buy a dining room table, they leave with the table, a sidebar, a hutch, and a new bed for Marcus. The men are so attractive that when the furniture is delivered, she follows the truck. Only Marcus is home, and as soon as the delivery drivers leave, the two of them end up together on the brand-new bed. Savannah feels like she falls in love with him right then and there.
She returns the next day using some linens and other freebies from the store as an excuse to have some more fun with Marcus. But he’s not there. Bryce explains he’s on fireman duty for several days. She doesn’t intend for it to happen but she sleeps with Bryce! You can probably guess what happens, right? She sleeps with Leo before Marcus returns as well. And when Marcus is back, she gets together with him.
She’s juggling three men.
But there’s more. It feels like she’s instantly in love with Bryce and Leo, too!
