"You're going to be the death of me," I whisper breathlessly, partially out of frustration and partially out of something else entirely.
"Only if you're lucky," he responds with a smirk.
The heat doesn't fade between us. It smolders like an ember, threatening to burst into flame at any moment.
"Beau..."
The rest of the world falls away as his name becomes a plea on my lips. His fingers freeze, and for a split second, I fear I've said something wrong.
Why am I so desperate for his attention and his touch? This isn’t like me at all. But I can’t get enough of him. I can’t resist him anymore.
And then he's kissing me again, even more fiercely than before. I lose myself in the kiss, forgetting about everything else but the feel of Beau's lips against mine. Despite everything, despite all the reasons why I should walk away right now and never look back...
I don't hate him.
Not anymore.
He shoves my pants down my hips and unbuckles his belt. I gasp at the sight of him, large and hard and it’s all for me.
“Wrap your legs around my waist,” he orders.
I obey without hesitation, my muscles aching in anticipation. Suddenly the world is spinning and my back slams against the cold brick wall behind me.
Beau's body presses against mine, trapping me in place. His lips move from my mouth to my shoulder, and I gasp as his teeth graze against the sensitive skin.
"Beau," I whisper against his ear, my voice barely audible over the pounding of my heart.
"You sure about this?" he asks, his voice barely a whisper.
"Yes," I breathe out, not trusting myself to say more. The truth is I'm not sure about anything anymore except for the fact that I need him like I've never needed anything before.
He doesn't waste any more time asking questions. He positions himself at my entrance and waits for my nod before he thrusts inside.
"God, Beau!" I gasp out as pleasure mixed with a twinge of pain shoots through me.
Every nerve ending in my body seems attuned to him, every thrust sending sparks of desire radiating outwards from where we are connected. He moves slowly at first, giving me time to adjust to his size before he picks up the pace.
Each stroke is more intoxicating than the last, our bodies moving together in a rhythm that seems as old as time itself. The outside world fades away until all that exists is us – our tangled bodies and ragged breaths, the way he feels inside me, and the way I cling to him as if letting go would mean losing everything.
"Elise," he groans, burying his face into my neck. The sound of him saying my name sends a shiver down my spine.
"That's it, Beau. Yes," I urge him on, my fingers digging into his back.
Just when I think it can't get any better, Beau shifts the angle and hits a spot inside me that makes me see stars. His body, his movement, it’s incredible. I arch against the brick, scratching my back, but he tightens his hold on me as he drives deeper inside my body.
The sound of my name on his lips is a symphony in the silence, driving me to a fevered pitch. His breath comes out in ragged pants against my neck, each exhale a testament to the raw desire coursing through him. I mirror him, mouthing his name, the taste of him laced with the cool night air.
"Beau," I breathe out again, drawing him closer still. "God... Beau..."
He chuckles then, deep and low, the sound vibrating against my skin. His movements are gaining urgency now, his flesh meeting mine in an intoxicating rhythm that leaves me gasping for more.
I feel a coiling within me, an electric tension building with every thrust. Then Beau's thumb finds my clit and starts rubbing it in tight circles and I'm spiraling into an abyss of pleasure.
"Beau!" I cry out as my orgasm crashes over me. His grip tightens around my waist as he follows me over the edge into ecstasy.
We stay there for a long while, our breaths mingling in the cool night air, neither of us ready to let go just yet. As our heartbeats return to normal and our bodies cool down from their heated exchange, Beau pulls back slightly to look at me.
His eyes are soft but determined when he says, "This is just the beginning, Elise."
