Page 8 of Savage for You

I don’t know what he means until he starts to speak again.

“You ladies need help with the sunblock on your backs?” He winks, and that’s my cue for game on, whatever that game is.

“Oh, would you? That would be a big help.” I hand him the lotion and he’s about to squirt some into his hands when Rocky and Talon come over to us.

“I think the fuck not, Cuiellette.”

I look up and see Rocky standing there with his arms folded. I take him in from head to toe, and he’s standing there in his red swim trunks with his tattooed muscles and chiseled stomach like a Greek God, and that yummy Adonis belt that leads down to his…stop, Montana. Then there’s Talon with a stupid smirk on his face.

“Monti you have something on your face.” He snickers.

Asshole. I am not drooling.

Dammit, he caught me checking Rocky out. Shaking my head out of this Rocky fog and clearing my throat.

“What's the matter, Savage? Don't want Xander touching your sister?”

“Nah, Killer. I don’t want anyone touching you.”

“Oh, is that right? You’re serious?” I smirk up at him.

“As a heart attack.”

“Alright, damn, I just didn't want her to get a sunburn.” He puts his hands up in surrender, but he looks very satisfied with himself.

With that, Xander hands me back the sunblock and Rocky sits behind me and rubs some on my back. As soon as his strong, large, calloused hands touch my skin, I let out a soft moan, and I hear him chuckle behind me. But that isn’t the thing that shocks me the most, it’s the way electricity shoots through my body when he does.

It’s never happened to me before. That tells me I’m in more trouble than I originally thought. He removes his hands from my body and the loss of contact makes me want them back on my body.

He then put some sunblock on his sister's back. I hear Talon clear his throat and look between Autumn and me. I smirk up at him.

“Autumn, have you met my cousin Talon?” I look over at her and see her eyeing him approvingly.

“No, I haven’t. It’s nice to meet you. I’m Autumn.” She stands up and shook his hand and I swear their world stopped for a min.

“Autumn, want to go in the water? It’s a little hot out here. Don't you think so?”

“Yep. Let’s go,” she squeaks out.

I stand up and take off the ripped jean shorts around my bottoms and a white crop top. I love that my bikini bottoms have a V cut so my belly ring shows. Autumn’s wearing a black slip and removes that. Both of us have our hair in two French braids, and thank goodness for that, because have you ever tried to keep your curly hair from getting frizzy after swimming? I brought some leave-in conditioner with me because I’m not about to be out here looking like I belong in The Lion King. If you know, you know.

I see how Rocky is looking at me; he licks his lips, brings his fist to his mouth and bites his knuckle. We turn and start walking to the water, and I swear I hear Rocky and Talon groan. I turn around and throw Rocky a wink. Yeah, two can play that game, Mr. Tall, Dark, and Sexy with those tattoos on display and his backwards hat.

Maybe I need to drink water today and not Dr. Pepper because he is a whole ass thirst trap.

We walk into the water to cool off, because I’m hot all over, and it feels so nice.

There are a lot of people around, Xander’s neighbors are having fun in the lake too. There is country music playing from the speakers that Xander has set up and I’m loving it. I’m singing along to Thinkin’ Bout Me by Morgan Wallen, and I glance over to where Talon and Rocky are talking to Xander and a couple of players from the football team. The same blonde girl I saw next to Rocky earlier is walking over to him again and smiling up at him like he’s hung the moon.

I roll my eyes, and I’m so fucking glad that I have my sunglasses on.

Two guys saunter over towards Autumn and me. They are cute, I guess, not like Rocky, but still cute. One has blonde hair and green eyes and the other has black hair and blue eyes. They are both wearing just swim trunks. The one with the blond hair has on American flag trunks, and his friend has on plain gray ones. They both have no shirts on, and I already notice that they don’t have a lot of tattoos. They smile down at us.

“Hey, I’m Ty and that’s Chase,” the blonde one says hooking a thumb to the one with black hair.

“Hey, I’m Montana and this is Autumn.”

“Hey,” she says with a smile.
