Maddy groaned. “Yes, my water just broke.”

“I’ll get the guys!” Kelly ran out the door.

Maddy started crying, then moaned in pain. “No, no, not now.”

The guys run in, taking in the room.

“Maddy, what’s wrong?” Skylar asked. “Kelly said you needed us.”

“My water broke,” she sobbed.

“Oh!” He replied.

She clutched her stomach as another cramp hit. “Aahhhh!”

“Isn’t it too early?” Panic filled Jace’s face. “She only thirty weeks.”

“Twins come early most of the time,” Torr said.

“Ryder, go pack a bag for her,” Cody ordered, shifting into Alpha mode. “Jace, go inform the guests. Skylar, find someone to watch the kids.”

“I can watch them,” Kelly said from the door.

“She’s old enough,” Skylar agreed.

“Fine, Kelly, you’re in charge of the kids,” Cody agreed. “Torr, let’s get some clothes on, Maddy.”

They got Maddy ready and into the car. She cried the whole time, saying she wanted to get married while Cody reassured her that they would get married, just not right now.

Things moved fast once they arrived at the hospital.

The doctor came in to check how far along Maddy was and announced she was seven centimeters dilated. It was too late for an epidural.

The guys hovered around her, still in their tuxes.

Maddy grabbed Cody. “Get the damn— Ahhhh shit! Get the damn priest in here! I’m getting married before I give birth!”

Cody shook his head. “Maddy…”

“No,” she snapped. “I want to get married! Now!”

“Okay, baby girl, I’ll go get the priest.” Jace raced out of the room to call the priest.

“Ahhhhh! I hate you guys!” she screamed in between contractions. “We’re never having sex again!”

Ryder chuckled. “You don’t mean that.”

“Oh, yes, I do!” she shouted.

Ryder frowned, and Skylar laughed at his expression.

Jace raced back into the room. “The priest is on his way.”

“Since we’re waiting, did we ever narrow down the names?” Skylar asked.

“Grant and Levi, if they’re boys,” Maddy gasped out. “Or Maria after Mom and Lia, if they’re girls.”

“I realize this isn’t the best place for this, but Mom and Dad need to talk to you, Ryder. Maddy, would you mind if they come in?” Skylar asked.
