Page 12 of Making June Mine

“Hi. Are you nervous?” I nod my head, trying to smile.

“I am so nervous. I mean you and your sister have more of a reason than me, but my own answers are also nerve-wracking.”

“I bet. I mean how great would it be for you to find out you have a brother or sister somewhere.” She hugs me, and something about it feels calming.

“Yeah, that would be awesome, but first, let's find out who the father of you and your sisters is.” Nodding her head, she pulls out her phone, and I hear a bunch of beeps.

“Ladies are you there?” May asks into her phone.

“Yep, we’re all here.” Various responses come back, letting us know they are all on the video call.

“Excellent. I am going to give the phone to May so she can open it. I will give you ladies your privacy while you find out.” I am going to leave the room but the voice of who I assume is January stops me.

“I don’t think so, ma’am. You made this possible. We would love for you to be here and then once we have a moment, we want to be here for you.” Her words bring tears to my eyes, and I am too emotional to speak, so I nod my head.

“Okay, are we ready?” Mays calls out.

“Yes,” they all say. Slowly, May hits the download button and then clicks on the zip file to open it. I watch her eyes read it, first scrutinizing it for pertinent information, but then I know the moment she finds the answer. “Oh my God, May, you’re killing us. What does it say?” One of her sisters calls out. She looks up at me and into her phone, tears falling from her eyes, and smiles.

“It’s him. He is our father. It’s the president.” Holy shit. I mean, I know we took the test because they suspected since he was on the list, but having it confirmed for them is huge.

“Holy fuck!” February screams.

“Are you serious?” May shouts out. I know they are all receiving the document at the same time. I put my hand on her shoulder to see if she is alright.

“Do you need anything?” I ask her, not sure what I could give her but wanting her to know I am here for her.

“I just.. I don’t know. I think I need time for this to sink on so we can decide what to do?”

“Agreed.” They are all clearly shell-shocked.

“Alright, June, your turn.” May’s face is serious, letting me know I won’t get out of it. Taking a deep breath, I click on my link and the zip file to open it. I read through all of the information about the database they used so on and so forth, reminding me I put it in for sibling information only. “Well, what does it say?” March asks. Tears fall from my face when the truth is staring me in the face.

Looking up, I can’t speak, so I simply hand her my phone. She screams and pulls me into her arms. “Would someone please tell us what is going on?” April demands. May won’t stop squealing, and then when I can finally move, I show them my phone by turning my screen to May’s video chat. The first person to figure it out is January.

“Oh my gosh, June’s our sister. That means…”

The president is my father, too.

CHAPTER

TWELVE

OWEN

June’s father is the President of the United States of America, and she has five sisters. That surely wasn’t on my bingo card for this year, but here we are. The news has sent June into a tailspin, and I’ve been here every step of the way. She hasn’t needed much from me, but I hold her and tell her everything will be alright at night. I can tell she’s overwhelmed by everything, but she’s not telling me that. All I can do is be here when she falls apart. Is it wrong that I want her to need me?

In bed, however, she lets loose. I take care of her every desire and mine. It’s my greatest joy in life, one I hope never ends.

Even now, as I slide my cock into her, nice and slow, I’m braced above her on my forearms with my eyes locked on hers; I don’t know how I lived without her before. It makes no sense. I’m so far gone for this woman. In and out I slide, making sure to hit that place inside her that makes her scream

She stares at me with such intensity. I have to tell her how I feel. It’s right here, between us; I don’t know how she doesn’t feel it, too. I pray that she does, that she just thinks it’s insane to feel this way so quickly, but I don’t care. She’s mine.

“I love you,” I tell her, kissing her neck. She pauses but doesn’t say anything. “Don’t say anything. You may not feel it now, but you will, baby. Just know that I love you.” She comes for me, and I fill her with my seed before pulling her close to me.

“I can’t believe my life right now, Owen. I never thought I’d find my father or have siblings. This is crazy. They are coming over a few days before so we can decide how best to approach the president.”

“I’m here for whatever you need, baby.”
