His smile is big and genuine. “Hi, Tori. So I guess you knownow.”

“I guessso.”

“Sorry you found out like this.” He walks over and sits down next to me. “We thought about telling you earlier, but…”

“But we wanted to flirt with you some more,” Will cutsin.

Hunter laughs. “He’s not wrong. Hell, I want to flirt with you some more now, but that could be construed as sexualharassment.”

“Could be,” I say, smiling a little. “But I wouldn’tmind.”

Both guys laugh at that. “I was just telling her about Dustin,” Willsays.

“Oh yeah? You thinking about using her forthat?”

Will nods. “I think she’d beperfect.”

“I think you’re right.” Hunter looks at me appraisingly. “So what do you think, Tori, interested?”

“Definitely,” I say, starting to find myself. It’s surreal to be sitting in this room at my job with these two men finding out that they’re my freaking bosses, but I have to accept it and push forward. I know it’s insane and weird and unexpected, but it’s happening, and I have to get out ahead ofit.

Will smirks at me. “I knew you’d doit.”

“How could she turn all this down?” Hunter gestures athimself.

I roll my eyes. “Easily,” Isay.

He scoffs. “Please. Just because you’re in your cute little business outfit now, doesn’t mean you’re not that sexy hot girl from last nightstill.”

I blush a little bit and Will cracks up. “Look at her, allembarrassed.”

“Aren’t we supposed to be professional?” Iask.

“Only as professional as you want to be,” Hunter replies. “Personally, I’d rather we kept thingslooser.”

“I bet you do,” I say tohim.

“We both do.” Will leans toward me. “And he wasn’t kidding, you do look hot as hell dressed allconservative.”

“You guys have been spoiled,” I say, standing up. “I’d be happy to help out with this project. But let’s try not to mix things up,okay?”

“Okay,” Huntersays.

“Whatever you want,” Willadds.

“We’re here for you.” Hunterstands.

“We live to serve.” Willstands.

I sigh. “You two are going to make my life hell, aren’tyou?”

“Or heaven, depending.” Hunter shakes my hand. “Glad to have you onboard.”

For a second, I think he’s going to kiss me. Instead, he leaves the room. I watch the door shut behind him and turn back toWill.

He laughs softly. “I think you insulted him a littlebit.”

“Idid?”
