“See if the other boys want ataste?”
I grin at him. “Exactly.”
He hesitates, a small smile on his face. I’m not sure what he’s thinking. I know what I’m suggesting is weird and strange, even for us. But we’ve been sharing everything for so long, we’ve become like a family, closer than brothers, and this… it doesn’t seem that weird. Not atall.
“Let’s fucking do it,” he says, and he picks up thephone.

Ifeel like an old pro, following Stacey down the hallway, although I still can’t navigate this place on my own. I catch sight of Roger, his Cheshire cat grin following me down thehall.
My heart’s beating fast. Last night, I left with another five grand, and I’m practically dizzy with it. I immediately went to the bank and deposited it all before putting it all against my student loans. That doesn’t cover them all, but it comes damn nearclose.
We stop outside of the door and Stacey turns back to me. “Last night,” shesays.
I smile at her. “Yeah, you’reright.”
She watches me, face blank. I don’t know who I’m seeing tonight. I don’t expect another five grand, to be honest, but of course it would be nice. I’m nervous, but mostlyexcited.
“They’re back again,” she saysfinally.
My jaw drops. “You’re kiddingme?”
“No, I’mnot.”
I chew my lip. She doesn’t seem happy. “I guess they likeme.”
“They do,” she says. “They requested youagain.”
“We have a good time.” I don’t know what else to say, and that sounds horriblylame.
“Be careful,” she warns. “I’m not kidding when I say they’re dangerousmen.”
I laugh stupidly, not sure what else to do. They don’t seem dangerous, not at all. In fact, they seem the opposite. They’re handsome men, rich and smart, and they just seem like they want to have a good time. They’re not even having sex with the girls here, which is their right, ofcourse.
“I’ll try and be careful,” I say finally when I realize she’s waiting for me torespond.
She sighs. “Look, you did good, getting them back all three nights. If you want, you can come work here forreal.”
“Uh,” I stumble, taken off guard. Cara made sure to stress that this would be a temporary thing. “I don’tknow.”
Stacey shrugs. “Doesn’t matter to me either way. You clearly have a knack for this. Or maybe it’s just these guys.” She shrugs again. “Either way, think about it, let meknow.”
“Okay, I will.Thanks.”
“Have fun.” She knocks on the door. “But not too much.” She turns and walks quicklyaway.
I step in through the door, not giving myself time to dwell on what shesaid.
Like the last two nights, the guys are all in there, waiting for me. They cheer when I come in, and I can’t help but laugh. Ethan appears and puts a drink in my hand. The mood is better, lighter, more excited than lastnight.
All five of them are here again, this time dressed more casually. Chris is in a white t-shirt and ripped jeans, looking muscular and hulking. Will and Hunter are in suits, though they took their ties off. Ethan is wearing paint-splattered jeans and a gray knit cardigan with more paint stains up one sleeve. Jordan has on a denim shirt, open at the front with a black V-neck under it, and casual, slimkhakis.
“Here’s to the host,” Jonny says loudly. “Best host we’ve ever fuckinghad.”
“Cheers,” they shout and I laugh as we clink glasses anddrink.
