I moan out indecipherable notes and squeeze his hands, which are still holding mine above my head as he quickens his pace. “Let me touch you,” I manage to utter. He releases my hands, and I wrap my arms around him, feeling the power of his body under my fingertips. As his hands touch and explore me, I know I’m safe. I’m home. Even when I couldn’t remember our history, the sex was incredible, but now, I feel fully present with him again. The physical connection of our bodies fuses our souls together in a spiritual bond, and our love is palpable.

I nearly fall apart when he kisses the mark on my neck, which I now know is most definitely not a tattoo. Sucking the sensitive skin into his mouth, he bites down, and I scream out as the ecstasy rushes through me.

“Together, this time,” he says, then consumes my mouth with a heated kiss and his movements become faster and harder.

My core starts to tighten and my muscles start to pulse around him. My arms and legs constrict, as I feel my core start to do the same. “Now,” I moan out. He swallows my cries with his kiss as we release together until his kisses turn gentler as he holds himself over me, avoiding collapsing directly on top of me.

“I fucking love you, Olivia.”

“I love you too. So much.” He rolls off of me and onto his side, pulling me into him with my chest against his. “Do you think we did it?” I ask, looking up at him with a smile.

He shrugs with a grin. “I don’t know. You can never be too sure. We’ll try again later, and then tomorrow, and then after that, and after that,” he says as we both laugh. “I really hope so,” he says, then kisses my forehead. “You know what else I want to do?”

“What’s that?”

“Marry you.” He raises my left hand to look at my engagement ring. “As soon as possible.”

“I want that too, but weddings take some time to plan.”

“Not when you have an entire event planning staff to do it all for you as quickly as their Alpha wants it done.”

I playfully hit him in the chest. “We can’t take advantage of them like that. They have other jobs to do.”

“We can and we will. Their job will be to make their Alpha and Luna’s wedding their highest priority. I’m not waiting a second longer than necessary to marry you. I want you to be a Sullivan.”

“Okay, okay,” I say, laughing. “So, what are you thinking? A month or two?”

“A month?” he says, raising up on his elbow. “Fuck that. No, a week, week and a half tops.”

My mouth falls open. “A week?”

He closes my mouth with his two fingers under my chin. “Close your mouth or I’ll be forced to put something in it again.” He grins and smacks me on the ass. “One week. Make it happen.” He climbs out of bed and grabs my hand, pulling me with him. “Time to shower and get you good and dirty again.” I shriek and laugh hard when he picks me up, tosses me over his shoulder, and smacks me on the ass again as he hauls me into the bathroom. I love being me again, and I love being his even more.

Ethan

Nick and I walk into the cold concrete room of our pack detention center, which is buried deep in the woods, where Lance is waiting for us. The florescent lighting buzzes on the ceiling, and a chair is set up in the middle of the room with a table next to it with any tools we may need to restrain a prisoner, or encourage him to be truthful.

“Is he on his way?” I ask Lance.

“They went to get him. He’ll be here soon,” he says. “The council will be meeting and expecting you as soon as we’re done here.”

“Perfect. Hey, as long as I have the two of you here, I need to ask a favor of you both.”

“I thought I was already doing you a favor today,” Nick says with a laugh. “I wore old clothes in case things get messy.”

“You’re doing your fucking job today,” I say, shoving him in the shoulder. “I need you to be my best man. And Lance, I was hoping you’d stand up with me as a groomsman, but only if you stop calling me Alpha and start calling me Ethan, at least when we’re in private. We’re friends.”

“Of course,” Nick says, slapping me on the back.

“I’d be honored,” Lance says, “and I’ll do my best. Old habits are hard to break.” Lance was raised to respect titles and authority just as Nick and I were growing up. He takes his position within the pack and our hierarchy very seriously.

“So, when’s the big day?” Nick asks.

“I don’t know the official date yet, but I told Olivia to make it a week, week and a half tops.” Nick and Lance look at each other and crack up laughing. “What the fuck are you laughing at?”

“You expect Olivia to plan a wedding in a week?” Nick asks. “With Chloe helping her? There’s no way that’s going to fucking happen.”

“It took Victoria two months just to plan our mating ceremony back yard party,” Lance says. “I’m sorry, but I don’t see it happening.”
