His initial reaction makes me question if he is remorseful over his complete disregard for me after our last encounter at Masqued. I notice Quinn and Eli’s dads heading our way from the back patio, so I stand from my seat, ready for some alone time. Stopping right beside his chair, I trail my fingers lightly down his tattooed arm and speak in a low tone.

“I don’t get you, Parker. It’s like you don’t want me, but you don’t want anyone else to have me. You act like I ask you for so much, when in reality, I just asked for sex. That’s all I want from you anyways, because I know that’s all you are capable of.”
