After Umbra had kissed her, Dusk stepped forward, pulling out his third of the ring. I’d never felt him more anxious than as he slipped it onto her finger where it slotted right into place beside Umbra’s.

He cupped her cheek and she leaned into that touch.

“You are our missing piece, Shatter,” he breathed. “You fought for us when we couldn’t, and you became the one that made us whole.”

Her smile was breathtaking as Dusk leaned down, and with more tenderness than I’d ever seen, he pressed his lips to hers.

I was last.

I stepped forward, drawing her into my arms, feeling her shaking.

“I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you,” I whispered. A life that, without her, I wouldn’t have. “You saved me, Little Reaper.”

My lips brushed hers, and every shift of my skin on hers was like static. When I drew back, she shifted, tilting her head to the side just a little. I reacted on pure instinct, my teeth brushing her neck over the shimmering silver, and then I bit down, offering her the final bite she would ever need.

My bond.

My bite.

My wife.

And of course, because the wedding couldn’t possibly end any other way, upon our connection her scent detonated in the air like a blast of confetti. She drew back, eyes wild, pupils blown wide as she stared at me.

“Oh…” In her dazed eyes I could almost see the heat haze taking hold. “Oh, bother.”

EPILOGUE TWO

SHATTER

My amazing husbands swept me to our honeymoon home in one hell of a hurry. Luckily, it wasn’t far away. We were staying in a bungalow over pristine blue water, but I would have to take a better look at that later because right now I was happy when the doors had closed.

I didn’t know who was holding me until I caught the scent of lily of the valley.

“Ransom.” My voice was a low whine.

“I got you, Little Reaper,” he told me, and then there was soft bedding beneath me.

I felt firm hands at my dress, but I let out a whine of impatience, ache growing in my stomach.

“Now.” My voice was demanding, and there was a ripping sound. Good. The dress was so nice, but it all had to go.

I needed them.

I could barely think straight, heat boiling in my veins, needing relief until?—

I groaned, fingers tangling in Umbra’s hair as he tugged my knees apart, panties aside and entered me without hesitation. My eyes rolled back to find wooden panels above.

“Mmm…”

Dusk settled beside me, pulling off the rest of my clothes as Ransom lips brushed the burning skin of my neck, then down to my breast as he caught my nipple in his teeth.

Fuck yes.

Umbra drew me close, turning us so he was below and I was on top. He gripped my hips, dragging me over his length and I let out a whimper of pleasure as he drove deep into my core. I moaned, bowing over him as his huge length gave me the relief I needed.

The room came into focus as Dusk’s fingers curled in my hair, dragging me up. Around me was the white canopy of a pack-sized bed that faced a broad window overlooking the ocean. My vision swam as Umbra gripped my hips tighter, slamming up and into me again and I grabbed at Dusk’s wrist, the sound I made purely feral.

“You’re so fucking perfect, Shatter,” Dusk growled. “Going into heat on our wedding day.”
