“They are,” Aisling says with a nod. “I also invited some bloggers that speak out about the auctions and how they haven’t been outlawed yet. I want some positive publicity about the organization we’re creating, and they know to be on their best behavior for it.”
“It’s all coming together so fast,” Wren says with a smile. “Hopefully we can start helping people soon.”
The afternoon air is warm as we walk across the backyard, and Aisling looks around with wide eyes.
“You really did amazing with this area,” she says wistfully. I wonder if she misses having alphas, and if she’s reaching out to Hollis for herself as well.
It may be the only way her father will let her date outside of an arranged marriage.
“Thanks,” I say with a smile. “I designed it while Wren was on a date with Ambrose.”
“They surprised me,” Wren says shyly.
Aisling loops her arm through Wren’s, giving her a squeeze.
“As they should,” she says with a nod. “You deserve to be spoiled, babe.”
Flynn glances at Aisling while biting his lip, thinking, and I have a feeling he’s wondering about her dating life too. If she wants help, she’ll ask, but it’s a sensitive subject so I won’t push about it.
“Ladies, here is your new work space,” I say grandly as we walk out from under a new archway I set up.
“It’s huge,” Aisling says, dropping her mouth in shock. “You alphas are insane.”
“Don’t settle for anything else,” I tell her before I can stop myself.
She grins at me, inclining her head in thanks before pulling Wren up the porch steps and into their shed.
“Oh my God!” Wren squeals, making us chuckle before we follow her inside. “Are you for real right now?”
“Anything you don’t like, go ahead and change,” Shaw says as he finds them in one of the rooms, looking around in awe. “We worked within what you wanted, and Flynn helped with pillows and decorations.”
“It’s absolutely perfect,” Aisling says, eyes wide. “Thank you. This is so much more than I could have imagined.”
Wren gives each of us a hug, brushing away a few happy tears. “Same. I should stop underestimating you guys. This is the perfect working space.”
The girls look around laughing and talking excitedly, making sure to shut all the windows before we leave.
Shaw disappears for a little while, catching up as we start walking back inside.
“Hey, Aisling, the guys and I have to take out the trash tomorrow night. Want to come over and hang with Flynn and Wren while we do that?” Shaw asks, rubbing his tattooed hand over his face.
“I’m always happy to hang out, as obvious by the fact that I’ve been here almost every day this week,” Aisling teases him. “Does this have anything to do with Corbin’s brother?”
“Yep,” he says, lips tightly sealed.
Rolling her eyes, Aisling nods. “Make it hurt, please,” she says sweetly. “Can we watch horror movies and eat pizza? Dad is dating someone new, and she’s a body shamer.”
Wrinkling her nose, Wren turns to her in disbelief. “You’re perfect, what the fuck is wrong with her?”
Go, baby, go. I hate people who body shame, and as I glance at Shaw, he nods at me. That woman will be gone by tomorrow. This is something we can help with, and I’m sure Shaw will be on the phone with Aisling’s father tonight.
As we say goodbye to Aisling after she packs up her things, we make sure she gets into her car safely and out the gate.
“You four outdid yourselves,” Wren purrs as she puts her hands on her hips. As our hungry eyes take in her legs in a pair of shorts and a tank-top, she perfumes for us, biting her lip.
“Hmm, I think our beautiful omega needs to have her pretty pussy knotted,” Shaw growls. Wren rubs her thighs together, making me jump at her and throw her over my shoulder.
Caught up in things, I spank her ass, and Flynn’s eyes widens. He’s just about to reprimand me when he watches as her shorts dampen with slick.
