He pulls out the garment bag and lays it on the bed.

“Everything you had when you came to the club is in it. Except the lingerie. I’m keeping that so you can wear it for me again.” I can feel the heat rush to my face at his words. If only he was going to see me again.

“Thank you.”

Kyrian steps over to the dresser and pulls out some clothes for himself as I slowly stand and dress back in the jeans and shirt I wore to the club just two nights ago. It feels like a lifetime ago. So much has happened, I feel like a different woman.

Sitting down on the bed, I place my shoes on, then stand. The only thing left in the bag is my small purse that holds my phone, wallet and keys and the jacket Edward gave me. Should I return it or can I keep it as a small token to remember this weekend? Not that losing my virginity isn’t a big enough reminder.

Does anyone forget their first time?

“This is just the beginning, Sunshine.” Kyrian takes my hand in his, leading me out of the bedroom.

Killian and Liam are both waiting in the living room when we enter, each with a solemn look on their face.

“It’s time to go, Little Mouse. I hope your weekend was all you wanted.”

“It was, Sir.”

“Our time is over. No need to call me sir any longer, Elena.”

His words hit me in the gut, pushing all the air from my lungs. He used my real name and doesn’t want me to call him sir. I feel like my chest is caving in. Tears well behind my eyes, but I refuse to let them fall in front of him. I was nothing more than a high-priced whore. A willing fuck for the weekend that they could do whatever they wanted to with.

“Let’s go,” Liam says as he heads to the door. Kyrian continues to hold my hand, but the gentle pressure of Killian’s hand on my back has me turning my head to him in surprise.

He ushers me forward as the three of us walk toward the door, united but truly divided.

We exit out the same way we came in, and the ride back to Club Lust is much different. This time, no one speaks a word. The tension is so tight you could cut it with a knife.

It seems like it takes an eternity before we pull up in front of the club. I gaze around the back of the town car at the three men who’ve changed my life forever.

The car stops, but doesn’t turn off. Instead, it idles as the three men exit. Then Kyrian extends his hand out, taking mine.

My body’s shaking and I don’t know why. I’m not cold or nervous. But I am sad. Could that be why?

As we enter the building, we head straight for the elevator. Liam slides a card through the reader and the doors open. Once again we take the elevator down, which still amazes me, but I guess when you have a club that you auction people off at, you gotta keep it a secret.

When the doors slide open, I’m shocked to see Edward standing there along with two other men in black polo shirts with security written on them. They’re huge and remind me of that wrestler who turned into an actor and appeared in the Fast and Furious movies. His name is on the tip of my tongue, but I just can’t remember it.

“Hello, Virtue, I trust your weekend went well?” Edward asks as I nod my head.

He raises his eyebrow and his lips turn down in a frown.

“The weekend went well,” Liam adds for me, most likely noticing the expression on Edward’s face.

“Thank you for that response, Liam, but I was talking to Virtue at the moment, not you.”

My eyes go wide with how boldly Edward speaks to Liam and from the gasp Kyrian let out, I take it’s not commonplace.

“I enjoyed it, sir. They took great care of me.” My voice trembles, but I refuse to cry.

“And now, Liam, were you pleased with your purchase?”

Liam gazes over to me and our eyes lock, and for one fleeting moment, I see the tenderness he would show when praising me for being his good girl.

“Very pleased. She was worth every penny, and as you can see, she was returned in the same condition as when we took her.” Liam’s words are cold and hurtful. It’s as if I was merely just a transaction.

“Very well then, the three of you are free to go. Virtue, please come with me to complete the exchange, then Dwayne and Robert will escort you to your car where Jeeves is waiting.”
