I was hoping to have a little playtime in the water, having her come all over my fingers as I fucked her with them, but that didn’t happen. No, I had to be an idiot. I opted to use her state of vulnerability to pry some information about her father, hoping to stump her so she stumbled over her lies. But instead, she turned into a crying heap.

Either Elena is being truthful about her father or she’s the best damn actress I’ve ever seen.

I open my bag I brought in here earlier, pull out a pair of gray sweatpants and put them on, then head back to the bedroom.

Stepping into the room, I see the sheets have been changed, the dirty ones in a pile on the floor, and Kyrian is now naked and climbing under the blanket with a sleeping Elena.

Uncle Liam is nowhere to be seen.

I leave the bedroom, shutting the door as I go. The clanking of ice hitting glass echoes through the penthouse, and I follow, knowing Liam will be at the other end of it.

His back is to me when l enter the living room and I clear my throat. “I think we might need to rethink our plan. Some new information has come to light.”

He turns to face me, holding a glass of whiskey out to me. “I see. Got a taste of virgin pussy and it went to your heads. Did you fuck her in the bathroom? Took your ass long enough in there.”

I let out a laugh. “That was my plan, but it didn’t work out like that. The asshole’s a real bastard. If she’s telling the truth, he abused her up until he abandoned her and her mother. Her mother is alive but disappeared as well a few nights ago.”

He leans back on the bar, lifting his glass, sipping the dark brown liquid. “You think she’s telling the truth?”

I think about it for a minute. Replaying everything she’s said against how she responded in the bathtub talking about him.

“If she’s not, then she’s a damn good actress. I just don’t know how we’re going to lure him out with her. From everything she’s said, he doesn’t give a shit about her.”

“That’s not good. She’s our only hope of luring him out at the moment. He’s hid himself so well it’s almost like he’s dead. But we know that’s too good to be true.”

“Do we end this now? Take her back to the club early?” I offer up to Uncle Liam. My option for the weekend isn’t solely for Kyrian’s purpose, but mine, as well. I can feel myself being drawn to her and it’s only going to get worse the more time I spend with her.

“No, we keep to the plan. Better to be safe than sorry. We’ll have our fun for the weekend but come Monday we’ll have a talk. We keep pressing, see if she slips up and changes her story. She might know something that can help us, even if she doesn’t know much.”

With those words, he sets his glass down, pushes off the bar, and heads toward the bedroom, leaving me standing there. Are we doing the right thing?

Chapter 19

Elena

I stretch my arms above my head as I yawn. I haven’t slept this well in… ever, actually. My core aches, and it takes me a moment to remember where I am and what happened last night.

I sit up slowly and look around. It’s quiet and no one’s here.

Blowing out a breath, I drift back to the memories of last night. I sold my virginity and lost it. In just another day, I’m going to return to Club Lust, only to leave the building alone, but five hundred thousand dollars richer.

I press my legs together. The way they teased and commanded me was more than I ever imagined. Not to mention, I found pleasure in relinquishing control to them and becoming what they wished.

So many questions are running through my mind. Do I stay here? Go and find them? What do I wear? The only clothes I have are what I wore to the club and I don’t even know where they put the bag.

Scanning the room, I see a shirt lying on the floor. It has to belong to one of them, and it would swallow me, but it’s either that or walk out of this room buck naked.

I take my time and slide across the bed, swinging my legs over the edge and placing my feet on the soft carpeted floor. The ache is present with every move. Bending over, I pick up the shirt and pull it over my head. It falls to mid-thigh, giving me the same coverage as a dress.

I’m scared, nervous, and excited. Can one person be with all three men at the same time? When I open the door, their deep muffled voices echo from further in the penthouse. I can’t make out what they're saying or who's speaking, but there are three distinct voices. So I know they’re all here.

I’m so anxious and eager to see them this morning that I’m not paying attention and bump into a table, sending the vase of flowers on it crashing to the floor.

“Little Mouse, no need to sneak around,” Liam’s deep, commanding voice booms from the kitchen.

“I’m not… I just… shit.” I’m so on edge right now. Kneeling down, I start to clean up the mess.

“Get up, Elena,” Killian says from behind me. “Go eat. We’ll clean this up. Be careful where you step.”
