My dick thickened at her words. “Yeah?”

Lust danced in her eyes and I turned my phone, holding it between us as I typed back.

Bastian: I’ll take the toothbrush, you bring something new to the table.

Caleb: Fuck, yeah. You got it, B.

“Mmm, I’m liking this,” Sky said, flicking her tongue over my bottom lip.

Fuck me.

Bastian: Ten-minute delay.

Caleb: Uh uh. Don’t want you both all sexed-out before you get back. Keep it in your pants.

Bastian: Too late for that. Like you haven’t had your mouth wrapped around Caspian’s cock while we’ve been gone.

Caleb: I was hungry.

Sky burst out laughing as she read the message. “He’s too much.”

I grinned. “He certainly is.”

Bastian: Then it’s time for dessert. Be home ASAP.

Caleb: Perfect.

I pocketed my phone, then looked at Sky, assuring her, “Cas has got what’s coming handled. He always does and with this he’s been planning it for a long time, he has all bases covered. Soon all of this will be over and all we’ll need to focus on is each other and our lives here in Rossun, no more external bullshit.”

“Yeah,” she said, smiling. “That will be really nice.”

“You deserve it, Sky. I’m just sorry it’s been such a long time coming for you.”

“It doesn’t matter,” she breathed. “It’s here now. That’s all that matters.”

I smiled and held her to me for a few more moments, before we had to head back.

“Last of the civilians are clear,” Luke’s voice sounded through my earpiece.

Good. The gas leak had worked.

Although it had been manufactured, my infiltrators had convinced Elijah’s people that it had been legitimate, so they’d evacuated the civilians within.

I stood at the edge of the tree line high up on the hill a couple of hundred feet from Elijah’s compound, the ugly concrete structure sticking out like a sore thumb in the valley of the forest below. A dozen of my men flanked me, decked out like me in heavy-duty tactical gear, but unlike me, they all had balaclavas hiding their faces.

I didn’t want mine hidden.

I wanted him to see me.

I wanted him to know it was me who was the architect of his destruction.

I wanted him to look into my unforgiving, merciless eyes as I took his life.

I tapped my earpiece and communicated down the line. “Confirm position.”
