His sent a glare my way then whispered something in Gina’s ear making her blush.

“You guys better not do it here in the kitchen.” I said. “This is where we eat food not throw it up.”

Iesha and Jamie snickered.

Xander’s eyes changed back to normal as he blushed.

I had to hold back my laughter.

“Anyway, I was saying should go shopping.” Iesha cut in. “Since today is your birthday.”

“It’s your birthday!?” Gina, Jamie, and Xander yelled in unison.

“I don’t like celebrating my birthday.”

“Why not?” Gina asked.

I sighed and put my forehead on the counter. “It was on the first birthday that my parents died. I stop celebrating my birthday after I found out.”

“Oh. I’m sorry.” Iesha apologized.

“It’s not your fault. Let’s just leave now before I get even more depressed.”

“Alright let’s go.” Jamie said.

We all hoped into Jamie’s car and started listen to songs by Alessia Cara.

These girls are obsessed with her songs.

Xander’s POV

It’s Artemis’s birthday?

How come she never told us?

I mean I understand why she didn’t want to celebrate it but still.

It can’t hurt to have a little fun.

‘Can we have some fun with our mate.’ My wolf, Jack, asked smirking.

‘Why do you always want to get laid?’ I ask him.

‘Hey it’s not my fault Gina will go into heat soon. And the same thing is happening to our Luna.’

‘And you didn’t tell me!?’

‘You didn’t ask.’

I ran up to Blake’s office and knocked on the door.

“Come in.” I heard him say from the other side of the door.

I opened the door and smiled with fake enthusiasm. He was sitting at his desk with some papers.
