I feel my own orgasm rising as I picture it, as her moans fill my head and my hand moves faster and harder. Fuck, I’m going to take off all the skin at this rate, but I don’t care. I’m right on the edge, and all it takes to push me over is the thought of seeing my own soaked fingers and bringing them to my mouth, tasting her again, and knowing that she’s going to be screaming again as soon as I put my cock inside her. As I turn her around, I make her grip the edge of the tub and take her from behind.

I hiss out her name as I come, bracing my hand on the shower wall to keep from falling. Shit. I’m fucked. If I come that hard by just a fantasy, I don’t know what I’ll do if I have her here with me. She’s going to kill me, but it will be a damn fine way to go.

I quickly wash up and climb out of the shower. Sadly, there’s no other message from Eden, but I’m feeling a bit more relaxed as I wrap a towel around my waist and head for my bedroom. But before I can climb into bed, my phone buzzes with an incoming call. A small hint of disappointment hits me when I see it’s not Eden, but that’s quickly followed up with concern when I see that it’s Shadow. “Problem?” I ask as soon as I answer.

“Got a possible lead on a hangout spot for some of Vlad’s men,” Shadow informs me briskly. “I’ve got Hulk and Crypt ready to ride to go and check it out. Wanted to get you on this too.”

“Shit, I’ve got Archer,” I say, my mind racing to see how I can do this and make sure that Archer is safe and taken care of.

“Rose is already on her way to your place now,” Shadow assures me. “I think Bullet is with her, and we’ll come back to your place to give a report when we’re done.”

“What kind of place is it?” I ask as I let my towel drop to the floor and quickly pull out some clothes to wear.

“It’s a local dive bar, on the other side of the city. We’ve been there a few times in the past to hang out so we won’t look out of place. And it will give us eyes on who we’re dealing with and how they react to our presence. Cryos is going to hack the cameras and see if he can get a visual on anyone who’s there currently so we can have a heads up.”

I like when things are coordinated. “Alright, brother. I’ll wait for Rose and Bullet to get here and then I’ll ride out to meet you. Where are we meeting up?”

“About two blocks away on Ritton Street,” he answers. “Hulk and Crypt should be there before you and I can get there, so be on the lookout for them. And they’ll keep their eyes peeled for any problems.”

“Got it. I’ll see you soon.” I hang up and quickly dress before heading out of the bedroom to check on Archer. When I peak my head in I smile as I see him sleeping peacefully, not even stirring. My kid sleeps like the dead, so I doubt he’ll even notice I’m gone.

Rose and Bullet arrive not too long after. Rose is the matriarch of our club. She’s wild, crazy, fun, and damn protective of all of us. She’s the most loved woman in our club, a mother figure to all of us. Standing at five-seven, and despite closing in on sixty, she doesn’t look a day over forty. She’s been dying her hair recently, and right now she has it a pretty brown with hints of caramel and blonde. It suits her, and shows off the caramel color of her eyes. But instead of the matronly vibes, she keeps herself trim, curved, and with plenty of tattoos that give her an edgy vibe. And she’s one of my favorite women in the entire world.

Behind her comes Bullet, and he looks stern, but attentive as he walks in. He shakes my hand and says quietly, “Don’t do anything stupid. Information only. Any problems, you call and we’ll be there as fast as we possibly can.”

I nod and give Rose a quick hug and kiss on the temple. “Thanks for coming, Rose,” I say with a smile.

She grins up at me. “You know I help whenever I can, and I love Archer. Now, behave yourself, and I might give you a little bit of time before I pin you down to find out about this lady that’s caught your attention.” Her grin turns wicked.

Shit. The last thing I need is the women getting involved. I’m going to have to talk to Shadow about his damn big mouth. Instead of answering, I just nod at Bullet, and head out the door. Climbing on my bike, I make sure I have all the things I might need, including my gun, and then get on my way.

The drive over to the meet-up spot only takes about fifteen minutes, thanks to light traffic. I spot Shadow, Crypt and Hulk immediately, but am surprised when I see Sniper has also tagged along. “Brothers,” I say in greeting as I park my bike and turn it off. Then I glare at Shadow and add, “And you and I, asshole, are going to have some fucking words when we’re done.”

Shadow doesn’t bother trying to hide the fact that he’s guilty. Instead, he gives me a triumphant smile and replies, “Bring it on, brother. It’s been a while since we’ve gone a round, so we’re probably due for one.”

I flip him off and then ask, “Alright, what’s the plan? We walk inside the place and see what we can find out without giving away that we’re looking?”

“Essentially,” Sniper replies. “Cryos just sent through his report and said that cameras aren’t much help, but it looks like two of Vlad’s soldiers are inside, with a possible third, but Cryos couldn’t get a clear shot of his face.”

“Do we know what level of soldier?” Hulk asks.

“Mid-level. So they’re not in the super know, but we should be able to get some intel,” Sniper replies.

“Then I say we get in there and see what we can find out,” I say, starting my bike back up. They agree and do the same, and we drive down the next two blocks and park just outside the bar. The place is rough, but nothing we haven’t been in before. The bouncer outside eyes us for a moment before he makes the wise decision to step aside and let us walk in. Others move out of our way too, and it occurs to me we must look damn intimidating considering the majority of us are well over six-four, and damn big. I’m not going to complain though if it gets us what we want.

The room is half-full, and we move to a large table at the back of the room, quickly turning it so that our backs are directed toward the wall. Don’t need any of these assholes getting behind us and fucking shit up. Eyes are on us, and I see a few guys share nervous looks, like they’re wondering what the hell we’re doing here. A waitress comes over, and we all order a beer, not that we’re really going to drink much of them. We need our wits about us. And soon enough, it’s clear to us why this table is in the perfect spot. At the table next to us, I hear two men talking, in what they probably think are whispers, but are plenty loud and clear enough for me to make it all out. I give Shadow and Sniper a quick look, since they’re closest to me, that I’m listening to them. Immediately, they start talking to Crypt and Hulk, and I turn my ear to the conversation.

“Stupid fuckers have no idea we’re right under their noses,” Dumbass One says with a loud snicker.

“Funny as shit to watch them drive around and try to figure it out too,” Dumbass Two laughs as well. “Boss probably sits there and laughs his ass off at them. Speaking of, did you hear the Boss is working on bringing in more guys?”

“Yeah, useless fuckers,” Dumbass One sneers. “Come over here and act like they’re some topshit but we all know they aren’t. And that new guy who thinks he’s in charge? He’s going to see soon enough when no one listens to him.”

“Don’t even know his name,” Dumbass Two sneers. “Not like he’d ever talk to us. considering he thinks he’s so damn important.”

My interest piques. Sounds like Vlad’s got a new Underboss. Now to wait and see if they’re stupid enough to give his name. And of course, they are, but that’s damn good for me.

“Fucker’s name is Sasha something. Don’t care to know his last name. He won’t last long,” Dumbass One predicts. “Hell, most of the guys are pissed since Vlad took over for Dmitri. At least with Dmitri we knew where we stood and he gave us jobs. Now we’re just sitting on our asses looking like idiots. Fucker needs to get to work or I’ll be leaving for a new job.”
