“Oh, no it’s not,” Elena said, squirming under Cat and pushing her over on her back. “I want all of you. I want to touch you. I want to taste you. I want to hear your every moan and every groan. I want to hear you call out my name.”

“Make me yours,” Cat said in a low voice.

Elena smiled and crawled on top of Cat. “You sexy woman,” she moaned and began to kiss Cat’s neck then nibbled her earlobe.

Cat groaned and Elena whispered, “When we were dancing I wanted to do this so badly.”

She stopped and looked into Cat’s eyes. “I don’t know what I’m doing.”

“My body will tell you,” Cat said.

Elena saw such desire in Cat’s eyes, but she also saw love. She couldn’t believe this amazing woman was in love with her. Maybe she did know what she was doing after all. Their love would lead her.

“Good God, El,” Cat said, trying to catch her breath. “I thought you didn’t know what you were doing?”

Elena giggled. “I read a lot.”

Cat chuckled. “Come up here. I need a kiss.”

Elena raised her head from where it rested on Cat’s stomach and when their lips met Cat could feel the desire begin to build all over again. What was Elena doing to her? She’d always loved having sex, but this was world class. Cat chuckled as Elena pulled her lips away.

“What’s funny?” Elena asked, narrowing her gaze.

“Okay, look,” she began. “I’ve had sex with several women, but El, I’m chuckling at myself because this is above amazing. You make me feel—God, I can’t even put it into words.”

Elena smiled. “I think I know what you mean. Sex is one thing, but this seems way better, way bigger than just sex.”

“Exactly,” Cat said, widening her eyes.

“Maybe it’s because we’ve both admitted our feelings and don’t have to wonder or hide them any longer,” Elena said.

Cat nodded and gazed into Elena’s eyes. “Your eyes are so dark brown. The color reminds me of the expensive liquor Cory sells. I could melt right into your eyes and never come back.”

“Funny,” Elena said. “That’s what I thought about your eyes earlier.”

Cat smiled. “I’m sure about this, Elena. I know I can trust my heart when it comes to you. I’ve been able to trust it for a while now. That’s because you showed me I could.”

Elena smiled. “I could see and feel your pain, babe. I wanted to take it away and all I knew to do was love you. Actually, it was you that convinced me.”

Cat furrowed her brow as she ran her hand up and down Elena’s arm. “What do you mean?”

“You told me Alexis showed CeCe they were right for each other every day. She gave CeCe time to wrap her heart around it. Nicolas?—”

“You talked to Nicolas about us?” Cat asked, surprised.

Elena chuckled. “I talked to Nicolas about the feelings I have for you. Can’t you just hear him?” Elena snapped her fingers and imitated Nicolas’s high energy voice. “Girl, you know you’re falling in love with Cat!”

Their laughter echoed around the bedroom. “I can hear him saying that!” Cat exclaimed.

“I told him about what Alexis did and he said, ‘there’s your answer,’” Elena explained. “So I simply tried to show you that I loved you and no matter what, I was here for you.”

“I felt it,” Cat said, kissing Elena tenderly. “You know, Alexis and I talked about the risk of letting you know how I feel. I was afraid to lose our friendship, but later when I thought about it, I knew I could trust you with anything. If you didn’t feel the same way I knew we could find our way to remain friends. I knew you would make that happen.”

“And here I was loving you right back and just as afraid. But I knew you’d figure it out, that we’d figure it out. These feelings, this love is too big to hold back.” Elena kissed Cat and sighed. “I love you so much.”

“We keep saying that.” Cat giggled. “I hope you don’t get tired of it.”
