CeCe grinned. “Aww, you want to come protect me.”

“I’m happy to follow you.”

CeCe chuckled and leaned in closer. “You’re who I need protecting from.”

Alexis gave her a faux shocked look then laughed. “Who’s going to protect me from you?”

CeCe smiled, but didn’t reply.

They all said their goodbyes and walked to the parking lot.

“Follow me around to the back of the building,” CeCe said as she closed Alexis's car door.

Alexis gave her a smile and nodded.

CeCe kept an eye in her rearview mirror as she drove to the salon. She knew Alexis could get there on her own, but she had a hard time keeping her eyes off her all night. It felt as if the pull towards Alexis was even stronger tonight. There were times she could feel Alexis's leg rub against hers under the table and more than once they’d leaned in and rested shoulder to shoulder.

CeCe drove up to the back door of the salon and unlocked it. She waited for Alexis to get out of her car and held the back door open for her.

As they walked into the room CeCe said, “You know, ever since you asked me about this back room at the open house we seem to keep ending up here.”

Alexis smirked. “You tried to tell me those stories weren’t true.”

CeCe laughed and opened a cabinet that held a small safe. After punching in the code, the door opened and she retrieved the money bag. When she turned around Alexis was standing right in front of her. CeCe could feel her heartbeat pick up.

“You never did tell me what that sexy little smile was all about at the bar,” Alexis said with a sexy smile of her own.

CeCe raised her eyebrows and a slow smile crossed her face. “What if I said I was thinking of you?” She tossed the money bag onto the table and put her arms on Alexis's shoulders.

“You have been on my mind since I left this room the other night,” Alexis said, putting her hands on CeCe’s hips.

“Have you been thinking about what would’ve happened if my little sister hadn’t walked in?”

Alexis pulled CeCe closer and leaned in. “I’ve been thinking about this.” Alexis closed the distance between them and softly pressed their lips together.

What began as a slow sweet kiss heated up as CeCe wrapped her arms around Alexis's neck and pulled her even closer. CeCe moaned and melted into Alexis's arms. Their lips slightly parted and when their tongues touched for the first time, CeCe felt a rush of warmth and electricity flow through her body. Alexis moaned and CeCe knew she felt it too.

Their lips fit together perfectly and CeCe forgot that this was Dr. Alexis Reed, her client. These lips belonged to the sexiest, most interesting woman she had met in a very long time. She quickly discovered they were very good at this. Lips pressed together, moans from them both, and a tighter and tighter embrace made for several moments of sheer pleasure.

Taking a deep breath, CeCe pulled away and mumbled, “Even better.”

“What?” Alexis asked, inhaling deeply.

“Your lips taste even better than I imagined,” CeCe admitted.

Alexis smiled. “You’ve been thinking about my lips?”

“Pretty much nonstop since Cat walked in on us.” CeCe leaned in and brought their lips together in another heated kiss.

Alexis backed CeCe up against the wall, never letting their lips part. As their tongues danced to the music of their moans, Alexis slid her hand up CeCe’s side and cupped one of her breasts.

“Mmm,” CeCe groaned. She pulled away, panting. Then she looked into Alexis's eyes and felt such warmth. Those usually soft brown eyes were dark molten chocolate waiting to wrap her in passion and she wanted to fall into them. When Alexis leaned in for another kiss, CeCe put her finger up and placed it on her lips.

“Wait,” she panted, “I don’t date my clients.”

Alexis gave her a crooked little grin. “This isn’t a date.”
