“They’re important in our story,” CeCe said.

They both hugged Krista, Melanie, Tara, Lauren, Julia, and Heidi.

“Erin and Desi.” Alexis grinned as they hugged her and looked at the ring.

Alexis's friends along with CeCe’s co-workers and friends were all waiting their turn to hug the now engaged couple.

“Look, babe!” Alexis exclaimed. “There’s Victoria with Shelby, Marina and Dru.”

“I know, honey, I invited them, remember. Did you see Ella and Gia? They’re here, too.” CeCe laughed as Alexis continued to be awed by every person who came to celebrate with them. The stoic surgeon was nowhere to be found.

“Okay, I’ve waited long enough,” Christine Sloan said, stepping in front of CeCe and Alexis.

“Look how beautiful the ring is on Lex’s finger, Mom,” CeCe said proudly.

“I knew it would be.”

“You’ve already seen it,” Alexis said with realization on her face.

Christine nodded. “You know she had to show it to her sisters as well.”

Alexis grinned at CeCe. “They share almost everything, don’t they?”

“Has she told you about the wedding yet?” Christine asked.

“Mom, we just got engaged,” CeCe said with an edge to her voice.

“You should tell her, CeCe,” Christine said firmly.

“Tell me what?”

CeCe sighed as Cory and Cat joined them. “Several years ago Mom entered us in this contest,” CeCe began.

“And we won!” Christine exclaimed.

“Won?” Alexis looked at CeCe.

CeCe nodded. “We won an exclusive wedding.”

Alexis's eyes widened. “Wow!”

“But it’s for all three of us,” Cory added.

“All three?” Alexis asked.

Cat nodded. “All three of us have to get married in one big wedding,” Cat said with zero enthusiasm.

“Three sisters and their loves,” Christine said, clapping her hands.

“CeCe is the first to get engaged.” Cory grinned. “I’m so happy for you both. You are perfect together!”

“Thanks, Cory,” Alexis said. “So we’re all getting married together?” she asked with confusion on her face.

“We can talk about it later, babe,” CeCe said.

“You’d better get busy finding Cory and Cat their soulmates. Oh wait, you say the love of your life now, right?” Christine said dramatically, holding her hand to her chest.

“I’m sorry, CeCe,” Cat said. “There's no way I’m getting married, so I guess none of us will get the fancy wedding.”
