Alexis stared at her.

“Please,” CeCe said firmly.

Alexis pouted but did as she was told.

CeCe quickly ran the sponge over her back then washed a little lower. She slid her hand over Alexis's bare skin and moaned softly. “You are so fucking beautiful, babe.”

Alexis leaned into CeCe’s hand for a moment.

“Okay, rinse off,” CeCe said, stepping out of the shower.

“Where are you going?”

Once she’d turned the water off, CeCe held a towel open for Alexis to step into.

“If you’ll dry off a little, we’re not going far,” CeCe said.

Alexis took the towel and squeezed the excess water out of her hair then dried her body. CeCe had quickly dried herself and smiled as she watched Alexis.

“Now, let me show you just how much your kind gesture means to me, my love.” CeCe took Alexis’s hand and led them to the bed. She pushed Alexis down and stood above her.

CeCe’s eyes roamed up and down Alexis's body. “Mmmm, you love me,” she said with a hint of disbelief in her voice.

“I do,” Alexis stated, “so much.”

“I’ve been in love with you for a while, Lex, but I knew I had to be patient,” CeCe said, crawling on the bed and straddling Alexis. “The day of the accident, that morning, at the kitchen sink…”

“I remember,” Alexis said with a huskiness to her voice.

“I had to bite my tongue not to say ‘I love you’ after you kissed me.”

Alexis smiled and ran her hands up and down CeCe’s thighs.

“But now I can say it whenever I feel like it, which is all the time.” CeCe smiled down at her beautiful girlfriend.

“I didn’t think I could trust my heart, but I can. My heart is full of love for you and it keeps growing every day.”

“Just because I can say the words doesn’t mean I’m going to stop showing you.” CeCe leaned over Alexis and gave her a sexy smile. “You mean everything to me, Lex. Let me show you how much I love you.”

CeCe pressed her lips to Alexis's in a soft kiss that immediately grew in intensity. She pulled away, trying to get a breath. When she saw the look of concern in Alexis's eyes she smiled. “I’m fine. You take my breath away.”

“I love you so much, Cecilia.”

CeCe gazed down at the most beautiful woman she’d ever seen. The fresh fragrances from their shower mingled with the desire that permeated the room. Love was everywhere and CeCe wanted to bathe them in their love.

She started with kisses below Alexis's ear. CeCe knew every inch of Alexis's body, but this was like discovering it all over again. She loved to hear the gasps and feel the goosebumps or shudders under her fingertips.

“I love you,” Alexis whispered as CeCe continued with little kisses down her neck and across her chest.

CeCe could feel Alexis's chest rise and fall as she kissed lower. She cupped both of Alexis’s breasts in her hands then moaned as her lips took one of Alexis's nipples into her mouth.

“Oh, God, baby,” Alexis gasped. “Love me.”

CeCe smiled as both of them kept saying the word over and over. Love here, love there, love me, love you, it was all love.

She continued to lavish both of Alexis's breasts with her mouth and tongue. Had they ever had this much fun making love? CeCe could feel Alexis’s fingers combing through her wet hair and her lips kissed lower and lower still.

“I’m filling you with my love,” she whispered across Alexis's stomach.
