“It was so hot.”

“Hey, anytime the kids are away, you let me know.”

“I plan on doing just that, Miss Carter.” He takes the showerhead off and rinses me off.

“Miss Carter? Why so formal?”

“Because it makes me feel like more of a gentleman.” He then slides down and starts eating me out. “And I’m not sure if this is necessarily a very gentlemanly thing to do.”

“Do I get a vote?”

I feel him laugh.

Once again, I let myself climax as loudly as I want.

“God, I love that sound.”

“I thoroughly enjoy making it.”

“That’s good.” He wipes his mouth off with a towel and then kisses me.

“What now?” I ask.

“Well, as much as I’d love to keep going . . . my fingers are turning into prunes.” He shows me, and I look at my own.

“Same.”

“Maybe we can revisit this later tonight?”

“But the girls will be home.”

“That hasn’t stopped us before.”

“No. But then I have to be quiet.”

“I’ll make it worth your while.”

“I don’t doubt that for a second.”

He embraces me, and we kiss a little longer, but then we force ourselves to get out.

I’m wearing his button-up shirt, and I’m sitting on the edge of the tub and putting lotion on my legs.

“How did I get so lucky?” he says with his fingers dancing across my jaw.

I grab his hand and kiss it. “I think I’m the lucky one here.”

“Can it be both?” He crouches down next to me.

“Absolutely.”

I grab from behind his neck and lean in for a kiss.

“Marco?”

“Yeah.”

“I—I love you.”
