“What about LA?” Pratt asked, her hand going to Diesel’s leg in support.

Taz looked like she wanted to be anywhere but where she was at that question. “LA is their newest spot. Golden Fang is in a tug of war with the Red Dragon MC there. They have also opened a club called Eternal Night which is where Diesel’s daughter was seen at the night before her abduction.”

“Which brother is with that chapter?” Diesel asked, getting out of Viper’s lap, standing tall next to him.

“Symon, who goes by Sin.” Taz answered, watching Diesel for her reaction.

“Oh God!” Diesel said softly, swiftly walking out of the room, rushing to the bathroom to purge her coffee and toast.

Viper jumped up to run after her before Pratt, York and Raso told him to stay and that they had her, not waiting for his response. What was it about this Symon character that pushed her over the edge. He would give them a few minutes, if she didn’t come back in and let him know she was ok, women’s bathroom be damned.

“Ye really do care for her.”

Viper turned to look at Marcus when he heard his statement. “Of course I do, I wouldn’t be here, doing this for her if I didn’t think she was a good person.”

“So, you’re telling me if it was York, Rameriez or one of the girls from ye club that was in this situation, ye would have agreed to be their man with a ring on their finger until they were safe?”

Viper started to answer, but then had to stop himself for a minute. He wanted to say yes, but he couldn’t get it to voice out. He kept getting ready to say yes, but each time he stopped himself before he could. Fuck! It would be a lie.

“Anyone ever tell you that you’re an asshole of epic proportions?” Viper asked Marcus, glaring at him when he chuckled, realizing he walked into a trap.

“They have her, let them do their women thing that they do.” Marcus mumbled softly, trying to calm Viper down.

“Something about that name sent her over that edge she was fighting. That bothers me.” Viper admitted, rubbing his face with both hands.

“I know. We’ve all noticed it. When she’s calmed down, she will tell us what happened or have one of her teammates tell us. Be patient.”

Easier said than done, Viper thought but knew that Marcus had a point.

FOURTEEN

Diesel splashed water on her face while her teammates stood nearby in case she needed them. Just when she thought her nightmare couldn’t have gotten any worse, the one name she never wanted to hear in her life again came up. If that mother fucker had anything to do with her daughter’s disappearance, she’ll dispatch his fucking ass straight to hell and gladly send his head on a silver fucking platter to her parents and Krieger with a lovely note that if they came near her, her teammates or her daughter ever again, they would suffer the same fucking fate.

“You didn’t tell us everything did you?” York asked, leaning against the wall, assessing Diesel as she patted her face dry.

Diesel nodded her head, affirming York’s suspicion. Leaning against the sink counter, she fought with the urge to puke again. “Symon is Krieger’s evil twin, if an evil person could have an eviler twin.” Diesel said, shaking her head, “If that even makes sense. Symon hated my guts growing up. He is younger than me by a year, our sister Olena is the baby of the family all the way around. Symon was the baby boy.”

“Ok, what did he do to you, Diez?” York asked point blank in her question.

“He would do everything to me. Used to sneak in my room, hit me in the middle of the night. Cut my clothes, stick me with pins, threaten me with knives…”

“Was he there when you were raped by Krieger?” Pratt asked what the others wanted to know.

Diesel nodded, afraid to look up at her teammates. “He’s the reason I refuse to allow a man to spank me, threaten to spank my ass or talk about anal.”

“He’s dead!” Pratt growled, causing Diesel to look up sharply. “The others get shot and cut. That mother fucker dies, after we have a little fun with his fucking ass.”

Diesel choked on a watery laugh. “You scare me sometimes.”

“Good!” Pratt said, pulling Diesel into a hug. “You don’t have to tell them this. It’s up to you, but we stand behind you all the way if you chose not to tell them.”

“Or you can let Pratt tell them in her colorful way.” Raso said, smirking over at Diesel, winking to make her smile.

“And start an all-out war? Highlander will want to lock her in a room, and she’ll be pissed…”

“Bitch please. I tell them why Symon the fuck has to die, they will be backing me up. Joe will be handing me the gun and the knife.”

“She’s right. Those MacLeod men don’t play when it comes to shit like that.” Raso agreed, pulling Diesel in for her quick hug.
