Josh leads Melly inside with Delaney and Addison right behind them.

I close my eyes to the silence as we’re left in the pool. The water swishes around, and I open my eyes to see Reece standing in front of me.

“We’re alone.”

I cup his face. “We are.”

He reaches down and grasps my butt. I wrap my legs around his waist and shoot him a sly smile, feeling him hard against me.

“Really?”

“Really,” he says.

“You never stop.”

“Not with you.” His contented smile reaches his eyes. If I ever had any doubts about Reece’s ability for commitment, they’re long gone.

He reaches for the strap of my swimsuit, and I swat his hand away.

“We are not fucking in their pool.” I laugh.

“You’re no fun.”

“Would you want Josh and Delaney fucking in our pool?”

Reece raises his index finger to his chin. “I see your point.”

I shrug. “We could just go home and fuck in our pool. Problem solved.”

His grin illuminates my heart. “Now that sounds like a good idea.”

“I’m full of good ideas.”

Reece pulls me closer and plants a kiss under my ear. “Let’s go home, then Ms Wilson.”

“Sounds heavenly to me.”

I pull away from him, and he waves his hands, pointing toward his groin. “What do I do about this?”

“That looks like a you problem, not a me problem.” I grin.

“Pania.” His desperate tone does nothing as I wade toward the steps and walk out of the pool.

“No one can see you. Come on.”

I slide on my jandals and wrap a towel around myself. “Ready.”

“Thank God we don’t live far from here.” Reece follows me out of the pool, grabs a towel, and does the same, wrapping it around his body. He walks a little awkwardly as we make our way to the back door of the house, and I laugh to myself at the sight.

“I can hear you,” he says.

“Sorry. Once we get home, I’ll sort you out.”

“I’d be grateful.” I clamp my lips together to stop any more laughter.

I stick my head in the back door. No idea if they’ll hear me, but they’ll know we’ve gone home. “Delaney, we’re going home now. See you later.”

There’s no response, and I turn to Reese. “Come on then, let’s get you home.”
