Meanwhile, not far from the storm, a group of worried brothers huddled under the meagre protection of a porch awning.
"Man, this is not cool," Alex said, raking a hand through his hair. "They've been gone way too long."
"Give 'em a bit more time," Kane suggested, though his voice lacked conviction. "They'll turn up. Besides, knowing those two, they're probably holed up somewhere driving each other crazy."
"Or making up for lost time," Alex grinned, earning a chorus of chuckles despite the worry etched in their eyes.
“We wait until early morning Then we go searching,” Kane said, as the others agreed.
Chapter Eleven
Maya’s eyes fluttered open to the bright sunlight filtering through the trees. Groaning, she sat up and rubbed her pounding head. This was not how she envisioned her morning. Squinting in the harsh light, she scanned their area.
“Good morning, Peaches.” Jackson said as his arm tightened around Maya, bringing her flush against him again.
“Don’t call me Peaches,” Maya said as she snuggled against Jackson.
“But it still fits. You taste like the sweet juice of a peach. It’s my addiction, and one I plan on tasting regularly.” Jackson raised them slightly so they were sitting, Maya’s back to his chest. “How’s your leg? Can you walk back today?”
Maya nodded as she bit her lip, looking at Jackson. “I can walk. But I don’t want to go back yet.” Maya reached back and ran her hand over his erection. “I’m guessing you don’t want to walk back yet either?”
Jackson flipped Maya over and laid her gently on the forest floor, his eyes moving over her leg, and satisfied it was not causing her any pain, he slowly started to undo her shorts, pulling them and her panties off. Her thick thighs widened, inviting him in. He ran a finger along her slit, gathering her moisture before bringing it to his lips. He groaned as he tasted her.
“Fucking sweet as always, Peaches” he groaned, before he lowered his head and swiped his tongue over her. Maya dug her hands into his hair and lowered him onto her again.
“Less talking Jackson,” she moaned as Jackson grinned and lowered onto her again.
“Now this is the way to start every morning,” Maya quipped.
Jackson looked up from between her thighs and smiled, “that can be arranged,” he said as he watched Maya fall apart at his touch.
Chapter Twelve
"You two decent?" Kane's voice rang out, as Jackson groaned at the intrusion. The brothers emerged from the foliage, backpacks slung over their shoulders, and beaming grins plastered on their faces.
Maya's cheeks flamed, and she couldn't look anyone in the eye. Jackson's jaw clenched, as he adjusted himself. Thank God Kane wasn’t five minutes earlier when he was inside Maya.
"Kane, man, come on," Jackson groaned. “Timing”
“I could hear you two from a mile away. We nearly turned back but I thought you’d both be hungry by now. Sarah and Eve are cooking up a storm at the campground waiting for us to find you.” Alex said, as he tried to hide his grin
Jackson’s eyes met Maya's, and for a fleeting moment, they shared an unspoken understanding. The tension had been broken, and they couldn't help but stifle a nervous laugh.
“I could eat,” Maya said. “I had to save Jackson here and he lost our packs with our food, phone and first aid kit. And now I’m starving.”
"Glad you two have worked up an appetite," Alex said grinning at them both.
"Alright, alright," Kane said, clapping his hands. “Maya, you good to head back? We can all hike out together, and I'll continue the brotherly humiliation on the way." He shot Jackson a knowing look, and the others chuckled.
Maya forced a smile, "Yeah, I'm good to go. I’m a little slower on this leg, but lead the way, Kane.” she said giving Jackson a playful nudge. “I need a shower desperately.”
Jackson leaned towards her and whispered. “Maybe I can wash your back for you?”
“If it’s only my back that you want to wash, then I’m doing something wrong,” Maya said as she slipped out from under his arm and grinned at him.
"Is that a challenge I hear,” Jackson asked, eyebrows raised.
