She nodded.
He cupped her cheeks and brought her in for a kiss. He was falling hard for this woman.
Cassie went limp against the pillow when he released her. Her chest was still vibrating with her laughter, causing her tits to jiggle. If he wasn’t already spent, he’d be tempted to get things going again. But there’d be more time for that later. They had nowhere to be for the rest of the weekend.
He gave her another brief kiss before climbing out of bed and making his way to the bathroom to clean up. His cock was limp against his leg as he washed his hands and headed back to the bedroom, but it twitched at the sight of her lying naked in his bed.
She hadn’t bothered to pull the covers up and he was enjoying the view. Her arms were stretched above her head, and her legs were bent. If he walked to the end of the mattress, he’d have a clear view of her pussy.
He’d always had a strong sex drive, but he couldn’t remember the last time he’d wanted to take a woman again so soon. Cassie was different. He’d known it from the start.
As if sensing him staring, she turned her head and met his gaze. “Hi.”
Jesse strolled toward her, putting a knee on the bed. He lowered himself down, his body covering her. “Hi.”
She circled her arms around his neck and when he lowered his mouth to meet hers, she kissed him back.
He took his time, not in any rush. This wasn’t about getting her libido going. It was about comfort and affection. “Are you thirsty?”
“A little.”
Rolling off her, Jesse retrieved their drinks from earlier. He waited until she’d propped herself up against the headboard, then handed her the glass.
“Thanks.” Cassie brought the water to her lips and drank.
He followed suit. They both needed to stay hydrated.
She looked toward the television. It was still playing Outlander, but he had no idea what was going on in the story. Jamie and Claire had been in their room the last time he’d looked at the screen. They were now back at the castle.
“I think we’ve skipped an entire episode,” Cassie said.
“That’s the great thing about streaming. You can always go back.” He picked up the remote and found the episode they’d been watching when he’d begun playing with her. They’d missed the last half of that episode and the next.
They ended up watching the rest of the first season. It wasn’t what he’d expected, but he’d enjoyed it.
For dinner, they’d eaten the remainder of the food he’d ordered earlier in the day. He hadn’t bothered to get dressed again and he’d made sure she stayed naked as well.
Before they headed to bed for the night, he drew them a bath in his large tub. It was big enough for two and he planned to take advantage of it.
Jesse turned the lights down and lit a few candles. When everything was ready, he led her into the bathroom. Her eyes lit up when she saw the setup and he thought he saw the beginning of tears.
He kissed the top of her head. “What’s wrong?”
“Nothing. It’s perfect.”
Sometimes he didn’t understand women, but he was starting to understand Cassie. He was willing to bet none of her past lovers had done anything like this for her. A part of him was upset she’d never been pampered before, but another part—a larger part—was happy he could be the one to treat her the way she deserved.
He helped her into the bathtub, then climbed in behind her. Once he was settled against the porcelain, he gathered her against him. Cassie leaned back and sighed.
“Comfortable?”
She nodded.
He kissed the exposed skin at the top of her shoulder.
“Thank you.”
“For?”
