Either way, my deal with the Devils would be over.

“Peyton, I—”

“No.” He silences me with a finger on my lips. “Don’t say anything. Look into your heart and talk to Penn. I have a competition to take care of today, and I need to sober up enough not to projectile vomit all over the fans and the press as I land.”

I kiss the tip of his finger. “Are you sure you’re in the condition to compete?” I’m really scared for him.

“No, but my girl ordered me breakfast and coffee, and I’m going to have to do my best. I’m a professional, and I need to show JeanLuc and your mom what I’m made of. Plus, Wild Horse wanted footage from the jump location from each competitor to add to the footage from the cameras mounted on our helmets, so I have to finish sobering up fast.”

Mom was right.

Whether it’s one of the former Cove Devils or Darrius in the end, loving a skydiver and BASE jumper will always mean coexisting with fear.

Regardless of who I end up with, it looks like I’ll have to learn to deal with my anxiety and fear of heights.

The problem is, I have feelings for all four men, and I have no idea how to figure out who’s the one.

“Snow,” he says softly. “I think the first step in my sobering up plan is to get a kiss from my girl. I swear I brushed my teeth twice and used mouthwash.”

He closes the distance between us and takes my lips with a deep, hot kiss that causes heat to travel to all my nerve endings and fill my heart with love.

I’ve known that I’m in love with Peyton for a few weeks now, so there’s no use denying it, but the question is, what do I feel for the others?

I’m not the only one who has a reaction to our kiss. I squirm against Peyton’s hardness beneath his towel, right against my butt. “Babe,” I whisper.

“I know.” He chuckles. “That’s what you do to me, Snow. I wish we had time to try out that big bed, but I have to start getting ready. Hopefully tonight we can make up for lost time.”

I don’t say anything, trying to get my crazy heartbeat under control.

“I had really dirty dreams all night too,” Peyton continues.

“Really? Like what?”

He chuckles. “You were in bed in this room with Chan and J. They were both taking you. It was really hot. Have you ever heard of the Eiffel Tower? Not the monument of course, it’s a sex position where—”

“Yeah,” I interrupt him, my face now positively on fire.

“Oh, you know about—fuck! It wasn’t a dream, was it?”
