“Kiss Cam!” someone shouts.

“Um, Luna,” I hear Dani say behind me.

“It’s Kiss Cam!” someone else shouts.

I frown. It’s pre-game. They don’t do the KissCam before the game.

But Cam sighs. “For fuck’s sake,” he mutters. Then he leans around me. “Armstrong,” he snaps.

And I love that because no one ever snaps at Nathan Armstrong.

“I thought we talked about that fucking KissCam.”

I look over at Nathan.

“And I told you that you needed to up your advertising spend in the arena or make a donation before anything could be done,” Nathan tells him.

I look back at Cam. What are they talking about?

“You hate that thing as much as I do,” Cam says.

“More,” Nathan nods. “But the fans love it and Danielle and Val keep reminding me that I have to care about that.”

Cam’s sigh is even heavier now. “Damned social media.”

“What are you talking about?” I ask him. This seems more than his usual annoyance.

“Haven’t you seen? Everyone is calling Cameron ‘Kiss Cam’ online,” Dani says with a giggle. “Ever since he caught you from falling and laid that kiss on you a while back. Once they found out who he is, and his name, it’s blown up.”

I turn wide eyes on Cam, trying really hard to hide my smile. “Oh. My. God.”

“Please don’t tell Owen.”

I laugh. “But–”

I’m cut off by the crowd around us starting to applaud and cheer.

“Oh, great,” Cam mutters.

I follow his gaze to the aisle.

Where Sammy the Malamute is descending the steps.

Oh…no.

“Kiss Cam! Kiss Cam!” The arena is far from full and many people are still milling about on the concourse, getting food, drink, and souvenirs, but the people already inside the arena are making some noise.

“Luna.” Dani tugs on the back of my Alexsei Ryan jersey.

I look down at her. She points up at the jumbotron.

I don’t want to look.

But I do. Sure enough, it’s me, Cam, and Sammy.

Nathan even stands up to let Sammy pass into our row.

Sammy lifts a paw, points at me, then at himself, then at the jumbotron.
