“No!” I gasped.

“Jesus fuck,” Hudson hissed.

Dean leapt up to his feet. “What is it? What’s happening?”

“Raven, are you all right?” Levi asked as he dipped down in front of me.

I shielded my eyes from the harsh morning sun as birds chirped all around us. It was morning. Holy shit, we had made it through the night.

I groaned as I stood up. “Why didn’t anyone wake me for my shift?”

Dean helped me up. “You looked pretty tired.”

Levi shrugged. “We figured we’d let you sleep.”

Hudson cracked his neck. “You good? Sounded you were having a nightmare.”

I shook my head. “Honestly? I don’t know what the hell just happened.”

Dean eyed me carefully. “What does that mean?”

I slid my hands through my hair. “When you have a vision, Dean, are you present in your vision?”

He blinked. “I’m not following.”

“Like, when you have one, can you interact with it? Talk to people? Move around?”

He shook his head. “No. It mostly comes in flashes. It’s rarely ever something I can interact with. Why?”

I murmured to myself. “So, it wasn’t a vision.”

“What wasn’t?” Hudson asked, now towering over me.

I slid my hands down my face. “I had this dream. I was back in that red wood room, except there was a woman there. Blonde. Red dress. Outstanding features. I mean, she was gorgeous.”

Levi nodded. “What else was there?”

“Did you see Brody?” Hudson asked.

I shook my head. “No, I didn’t. But I watched that woman put some sort of Vaseline-like nonsense on a bunch of dudes hands before she casted a spell. One of the men was bearded, and had a crown on top of his head. She kept calling him, ‘My King.’”

Levi’s eyes widened. “Jesus, you had a dream about King Rothmir.”

I swallowed hard. “The woman casted a spell that made their hands glow. She called upon someone to soak their claws with death. And that’s not even the worst part.”

Dean’s jaw dropped open. “There’s more?”

I nodded slowly. “She knew my name. She knew I was there, watching. I thought it was a dream, or a vision of some sort. But she said hello to me and said my fucking name before I woke up the way I did.”

Levi shook his head. “That is definitely not a vision.”

“Not by a longshot,” Dean said.

“But,” Hudson said as he walked toward the entrance of the cave, “we also don’t know the full scope of your powers. So, for all we know, you could be manifesting these situations due to your developing powers.”

I threw my hands into the air. “But I’m half human! Shouldn’t everything sort of be… muted? Or duller, because of that?”

Dean sighed. “God, you really don’t know much, do you?”
