As she walked over to the sink to put down the items in her arms, she continued to look around the bathroom. It didn’t take her long to figure out that this entire space had been built for three people to fit in comfortably. It was just another blatant clue that Stone and Rock were serious about only wanting one woman between them. She was the woman they’d chosen. A huge part of her didn’t know how to feel about all of it.

Never in her life had she imagined being a part of a ménage relationship. She was used to not being a part of typical societal norms. That wasn’t her hesitation. No, it had more to do with the relationship her parents had and how it ultimately ended.

She didn’t want that for herself, yet here she was putting herself in a situation that could lead her down that path. But now was not the time to let her thoughts run wild. She had to get her day started. Getting involved with Stone and Rock didn’t mean that she didn’t have other responsibilities.

As much as she was tempted to linger in the luxurious shower, she didn’t. Hopefully, there would be another time for that. Instead, she took just enough time to thoroughly shampoo her hair and bathe.

A short time later, she exited the bedroom. The smell of coffee assailed her and she allowed it to guide her. When she entered the kitchen, Stone stood with a hip resting against the counter as he sipped from a cup of coffee. He was too damn gorgeous.

“Good morning,” she greeted as she looked around for an extra coffee mug. “Please tell me there’s enough left for me.”

“Morning,” Stone called out as he pushed away from the counter.

He turned and opened the cabinet behind him before grabbing an extra coffee mug. “Pot is over there. I’ll warn you now, Rock made it.”

She laughed. “Thanks for the heads up. You appear to be holding up well so I’ll take my chances.”

“Cream? Sugar?” he asked with a chuckle.

“Yes to the sugar but I’d prefer milk if you have it,” she replied.

He sat both in front of her while she tried to ignore how domestic their current situation was.

“How do you feel this morning?” he asked.

“Weird but good,” she admitted.

“Weird?” Stone parroted.

She stirred her coffee slowly as she contemplated her words. While she planned to be honest, she still wanted to use them carefully.

“I had sex with two men last night,” she finally stated.

“Was it good?” he probed.

She almost choked as she inhaled sharply. Once she collected herself, she chuckled.

“No, it was freaking mind-blowing, but you already know that.”

“Never hurts to be sure,” Stone replied with a shrug. “It’s our job to take care of our woman.”

“So, it’s official then?”

“Did you think it wasn’t?” he countered.

“It almost feels like I wouldn’t have had a choice,” she murmured before taking a sip of the coffee. It was strong but the jolt that she needed to help clear the rest of the fog from her brain.

“You always have a choice, but it doesn’t mean that we’ll let you make a decision just because it’s the easy one. Yes, we live a rough life sometimes but you have spent enough time with us to know that we aren’t reckless. Every move we make is intentional.”

She let his words bounce around her brain as she processed them. “I need to explain my reluctance to you. But I want to wait for Rock. This is a conversation that I know I will only have the strength to tell once.”

“He’s at the clubhouse. Let me grab your jeans and T-shirt from the dryer then we can go find him.”

He drained his cup before placing it in the sink before leaving the kitchen. When he returned, he held out her clothes to her. She frowned when she saw that her underwear was missing.

Stone grinned when he noticed her expression. “Ask Rock.”

Exhaling heavily, she shook her head and left the room. If she hadn’t already figured it out, it was now obvious that Rock and Stone were always going to keep her guessing.
