Chapter 13

Blue rushed from the bathroom needing a moment to breathe. Rock and Stone were hot on her tail. Clutching her drying towel with one hand, she spun around to face them with one hand up.

“Wait. Please. I need a minute,” she begged.

“We gave you several,” Rock countered as he continued forward.

“No you haven’t,” she protested.

She just spent an entire shower being rubbed and caressed in ways that had almost been counterproductive. Even now she was on edge. It wouldn’t take long for her to come again but she wasn’t sure she could handle it.

Stone stopped next to Rock, giving her two gorgeous specimens to be distracted by. His expression was serious.

“Do you want us to stop?” he asked. “No will always mean no for us but if this is a situation where we need another word tell us now.”

She frowned. “Another word?”

“Yes. One that will call an end to everything so you can say no all you want otherwise,” Stone elaborated.

“Like what?” she asked.

“Any word you choose. Something that you are unlikely to say, so we will immediately stop whatever we are doing if you say it.”

“A safe word,” Rock added.

She took a step back. “I’m not sure I’m ready for that.”

Stone chuckled. “Don’t worry. I will only spank you when you deserve it. But that’s not what this is about. In the shower a few minutes ago, you were screaming no even as you came on my tongue. This is just to make sure we don’t cross a line we can’t come back from.”

She studied both men, realizing what they were getting at and appreciating them for being understanding enough to realize it.

“Corn,” she finally mumbled.

“Corn?” Rock repeated with a raised brow.

Blue nodded. “I don’t like corn. It’s something I would never ask for.”

Stone chuckled. “Okay. Corn it is. Now we can continue.”

Both men started toward her and she countered with a step backward.

“No,” she whispered.

Both men continued toward her.

“Corn,” she stated in a louder voice.

Both men immediately stopped and it almost brought her to tears.

“Thank you,” she mumbled as she lowered her hand. “I just had to know.”

One corner of Stone’s mouth curved upward in a smile. “We will never do anything to intentionally hurt you.”
