I knew I would always remember this moment and the unconditional love and support from our family and friends surrounding us. It didn't matter to me if she was pregnant or not. I was ready to face whatever curveball life threw us next because I knew we'd face it together.
“But seriously, how do we know it's a girl?” Clay asked.

Epilogue
Three weeks later.
“We're sure she's not still in heat?” James asked.
“I'm sure,” I argued.
Thomas sniffed my mate, eliciting a growl from me.
“Yup, she's fine. And we didn't have any other issues this month. No new stalker concerns. I think we're as safe as we're going to be.”
“Yes, just do it already.”
“So you can do it?” Austin teased.
“Asshole. Oh, wait, I think I hear your mate ovulating. Better run.”
Clay laughed, but Wyatt nudged him to be quiet.
“What? It was funny.”
“Thomas, please, just lift the order so I can finally hold my mate.”
“Sure, hold her.” Wyatt snorted.
“Would you just get on with it.”
I was growing even more impatient as he practically dangled my mate in front of me.
Thomas took a deep breath and concentrated. “I hereby lift my directive for Paige.”
I waited, but nothing happened.
“I didn't feel anything. Shouldn't I have felt something? Did it work?”
“Yeah, I think so.”
“Well, what are you waiting for?” James asked.
I took off running down the hall to the bedroom where I found Paige taking a shower. I didn't even take off my clothes as I walkedin and reached for her. My hands were shaking with nerves. When my fingers brushed her skin, she gasped and a jolt of awareness shot through me.
“It worked. Get the hell out of my house!” I yelled to my friends.
I vaguely heard their laughter before my full focus turned to my mate.
Mesmerized by the way the water ran down her breasts. I reached out and followed the trail to her nipple. She moaned as I twirled it between my fingers.
“How?”
“Thomas finally lifted the order.”
Her eyes widened, and then she grinned. “Does that mean?”
