“I knew it!” Sofia screamed. Emma’s mouth dropped, but nothing came out, and Alice clasped her hands together, her eyes wide with intriguing pleasure.
Alice held a hand up, and I high-fived her. “My girl!”
“It was the best sex I’ve ever had in my life,” I added. And as much as I intended to keep Dominic to myself, sharing some of our time together felt good. “In fact,” I add, “I’m sure none of you have had sex like this.”
Their mouths dropped even further, and I giggled deeply.
“Who is he?” Emma finally said. “Is it the professor?”
“Why do you want it to be him so badly?”
“He’s hot. I think you can take him, and he would bite. Also, he was gone for a week, same as you.”
My brows rose, and so did Sofia and Alice.
“Are you sure?” Sofia asked, “I thought I saw him twice last week.”
Emma frowned. “Are you sure?”
I let them go back and forth, but noticed Alice staring at me with a huge smile.
“You seem overly happy.”
She opened her mouth, closed it, and then blurted, “I had sex, too.”
Gasps shot from Emma and Sofia, but this time, my mouth hung open. I inwardly thanked Alice for the save. She’d effectively turned the interrogation to her.
“What the actual hell?!” Emma shouted.
Alice and I laughed. Emma squinted at me and pointed. “I’m not done with you, by the way.” Her pointing finger switched to Alice. “But you…when did you have time to have sex?”
I shook my head and held back a laugh.
Alice twisted her lips. “Hmmmm, when you two were obsessed with finding out where Penelope was.”
“We weren’t obsessed, just concerned,” Emma said.
Sofia nodded. “Totally concerned.”
I cracked a smile but didn’t say a word. Alice smirked. “Sure you weren’t.”
“Tell us the details,” Emma demanded. “Now. Both of you.”
“I think they should go one at a time. I need all the juicy details, and I do mean juice.”
Alice laughed while I responded. “Sofia, you’re just going to get yourself really horny, and how will you solve that problem?”
“I…” Her mouth closed as she thought about it. “Shit.”
We laughed.
“You’re not supposed to laugh at my pain.”
“We’re laughing with you, not at you,” Alice said.
“But I’m not laughing.”
We glanced at each other and laughed again.
